ISONEM PEELABLE PAINT can be used on different painted and unpainted vertical or inclined surfaces for protection or temporary masking purposes. The product is a water based peelable covering that comes in white, transparent or other different colours. The product can be used on the walls of paint booths, window and door frames during construction or redecoration, glasssurfaces, laminated and parquet wooden floorings, marble or granite surfaces, surfaces covered with epoxy, boatsurface and more, for temporary or long term protection, allowing dirt to beeasily wiped off and providing protection against light, water, moisture and corrosion. FEATURES: • As the product is water based, it can be used on plastic and painted surfaces. • The product has a wide range of applications and is easily applied. • The easily peelable film is resistant to various paints. • The thixotropic feature prevents dripping on vertical surfaces. • The product is water based and therefore not flammable.

To conform to market requirements, widely differing machines for painting/coating mouldings, window parts and other profile components were developed. The type and number of guns depends both on the paint system and on the quality envisaged. Air, Airmix or Airless spraying systems can be used for this purpose. The individual machine types can be configured with all conveyor systems of our portfolio and combined with the respective drying systems. The difference between the VEN SPRAY MOULD (LT) and (LW) variants is their type of extraction. LT stands for dry extraction, LW for water-backed extraction. VEN SPRAY MOULD COOLAC is exclusively designed for processing water-based paints. The overspray is constantly collected and condensed in chilled collector systems. The condensation of the controlled air humidity keeps the collector devices and chilled conveyor systems permanently wet. This reliably prevents paint particles from drying during operation. The strip painting plants can be supplemented by further Venjakob plant technologies specifically tailored to the process such as brush sanding/denibbing machines, dryers or conveying equipment.

Complete set of paint by numbers: natural canvas (100% cotton), modular stretcher (size 400x500 mm), water-based acrylic paints, brushes of different sizes - 3 pcs., contour sample. The coloring set contains acrylic water-based paints. Their colors are very saturated, so the finished pictures are clear and bright. All of them are quick-drying. Thanks to special sealed jars, they are stored for a long time, but after damage to the integrity, the shelf life decreases.
