As the name indicates, the aluminium hub of the contact wheel FAPI-VU SMOOTH is coated with a coating of a smooth lamellae of foamed up Vulkollan®. The coating height can be varied depending on the application. Advantages The contact wheels of the FAPI-VU – series are only coated with a lamellae of foamed up Vulkollan®. Lamellae of foamed up Vulkollan® is cellular Vulkollan®, a polyurethane foamed with water which has very high dynamic properties. Lamellae of foamed up Vulkollan® can be identified by its slightly yellowish colour. Uniformly wide polyurethane lamellae are attached in precisely established spacing while plastic foam lamellae are attached in the spaces between them to the aluminium hub of the frequency damped contact wheel FAPI-KS/V FREQUENCY DAMPED. The height of the coating resp. the length of the polyurethane and plastic foam lamellae can be varied depending on the application (standard: 25 mm). The positioning of the lamellae dampens the howling sounds in the upper frequency range in the contact wheel coating during grinding so that they are no longer audible to the human ear. The contact wheel FAPI-PUS/KS frequency damped achieves a significant reduction of the noise level in the workplace and so contributes its share to work safety. While a coating height of 20 mm has established itself as the standard, the coating height is variable as desired. The smooth design of the contact wheel is suitable for the heaviest grinding and roughing. It is also attractive due to its long service life. Advantages The contact wheels of the FAPI-PA – series are coated only with para rubber. The para rubber (PA) coated contact wheels are in practice often simply called “rubber coated contact wheels” or rubber contact wheels. STAINLESS STEEL MANUAL PALLET TRUCK MOD. FPGS25-I - CAPACITY 2500 Kg. The FPGS25-I hand pallet truck is built with an electropolished AISI 304 stainless steel structure and is therefore suitable for use in the food, pharmaceutical or chemical industry or in humid or saline environments. The internal pump is made of brass with excellent resistance to humidity and oxidation. It is a robust and versatile model that is suitable for handling pallets and pallets even with heavy weight. This model is characterized by: - Structure in AISI 304 stainless steel sheet - Hydraulic unit built in cast iron with integrated oil tank to prevent leaks and rustproof chromed piston - Lifting with drawbar activation and automatic return to vertical position. - Safety valves for lifting and overload limit switches. - Control valve for descent proportional to the weight exerted by the load. - Aluminum directional wheels with elastic rubber coating diameter 200 mm mounted on ball bearings.

Blickle cast iron wheels are made from robust grey cast iron with a hardness of 180 to 220 HB. They are extremely wear-resistant and provide very little rolling and swivel resistance. Cast iron wheels are self-lubricating due to the graphite which they contain. However, they should always be sufficiently lubricated using the grease nipple, particularly when using the plain bore version. Due to the relatively high level of floor pressure, care must be taken when using this wheel series on sensitive surfaces. The silver coating on the wheels can change colour at high temperatures, but this does not affect the corrosion protection provided by the coating. Standard cast iron wheels are designed for use in temperatures of up to 120°C.

The length of the lamellae of foamed up Vulkollan® can be varied depending on the application (standard: 20 and 35 mm). The lamellae of foamed up Vulkollan® provide the contact wheel with a “running cushion” with which a fine finish is possible especially when working on (strongly) cambered and profiled pieces. The coating adapts to every workpiece to be found. In addition, the contact wheel FAPI-VUS dense contributes in large measure to abrasive belt cooling because the spaces between the lamellae dissipate the heat. Rotators are designed for turning workpieces and taking the appropriate position of large diameter and tonnage tank, tanker, pipe etc. The system consists of one electrically driven and one idler rotators which are roboust chasis structure and designed according to the weight of the workpiece.
