It is possible to have square as well as round shapes, drilled holes and slots from Ø2 – Ø30 mm, with counter bores and tapped holes. To reduce stress concentration and shearing stress when mounting, we recommend the reinforcement of the clamping areas by fixing glass reinforced laminate (GHGW) plates. GHGW-reinforcement plates can be purchased loose or attached to the leaf spring. A special two-component adhesive is applied for the bonding. Following images indicate possible spring shapes:

Sheet deep well pipes are made of St 37 material in accordance with DIN 1700 norms. Sheet drill pipes are assembled by welding to each other. It is resistant to underground reactions (collapses). Although the pipe weights cause an axial stress during the well lowering, both the pipe and the welding structure are strong enough to meet these loads. HASS Sheet Drilling Pipes are made of material conforming to TSE standards with wall thicknesses of 4 mm - 5 mm - 6 mm and are TSEK certified. Hass bridge type filter pipes are used to take precautions against silty in silty lands. Hass manufactures fittings such as reduction and pump flanges for Hass Sheet Drilling Pipes.

The drills bits that we offer are the best on the market in proportion to the cost-effective ratio. They are used by the largest printers and processors. Ensure the regular lubrication of the drill bits, which will thereby extend their life and reduce grinding frequency. Wax papers are used for routine lubrication when drilling.

We produse drill bits with PCD and TC blades for rotary drilling, which are used for exploration drilling, anchor holes, degassing holes, special drilling applications and blast holes. While designing our bits, we always consider type of ground to be drilled, requested diameter, flushing requirements and media as well as connection to drill rods and tubes. We are extremely flexible with our design and production, being able to respond very quickly to all customer requests for special shapes of bit bodies, geometry and lay-out of cutting blades, number and sizes of flushing holes and many more.

The uniform radial pole division offers significant advantages compared to magnetic chucks with parallel pole or square pole division in particular when processing rings and discs that are difficult to hold as well as sleeves. A higher stability and stiffness can be achieved through radial pole division in particular with larger diameters. A centric through-hole can be incorporated in the area that has no active magnet. The electropermanent magnetic chuck EPMradial from Assfalg is ideal for clamping big, rotationally-symmetrical workpieces (for example, bearing ring processing) starting at a diameter of 400 mm, in particular on rotating and milling machines as well as drilling machines without distortion. The EPMradial electropermanent magnetic chuck permits an extreme takeoff during the hard processing of rings. The highest precision is achieved during grinding work.
