The attachment of large welded chamfers on the workpiece upper edge up to a chamfer length of 90mm can be performed by the machine effortlessly without any thermal change to the material, because the heat dissipation occurs through the chip. V, X, K, U or Y seams can be prepared thanks to the gradual angle adjustment from 0° - 30°. The highlight here is the machining preparation of a tulip seam. The machine is very durable and shows its’ strength in every material through their sturdy construction. Extremely high tool service life can be achieved with the low-speed chamfering. Sheet thickness started at 8mm can be processed. The automatic recess chamfering machine ASO 910 is for welded seam treatment of, for example, duplex steel. The recess chamfering or resetting of cladding is mastered excellently by the edge chamfering machine. The attachment of chamfers on the top edge of the workpiece is possible up to 65mm. Thanks to the gradual angle adjustment from 90° - 75°, clean transitions are created between two workpieces with different thicknesses. The machine is very durable and shows its’ strength in every material through their sturdy construction. Extremely high tool service life can be achieved with the low-speed chamfering. Sheet thickness started at 8mm can be processed. The front, top and/or bottom side can be processed in one step through a special shape chamfer. The automatic bevelling machine CHP 21G is designed for the stationary and portable use in weld seam preparation. A cutting wheel shears off the edge in a low-noise and dust-free way, leaving a rough chamfer. It is extremely robust and suitable for continuous operation. It delivers consistent and high-quality bevels in the sheet metal welding preparation process.

With its placement prism on wheels, the ASO 760 is ideal for welded seam preparation for straight and large workpieces. Different welding chamfers can be produced through the angle setting from 0 - 60°. The two-disc chamfer with the wonderful and patented 8 cutting turning plate system guarantees long service life, best surface qualities and efficient working. The machine is designed for handling steel, aluminum, copper and plastics. A chamfer width of up to 18mm is possible here. Round materials or tubes starting with an external diameter of 150mm can be chamfered through an optionally available pipe chamfering device. The sturdy chamfering machines are designed for chamfering, edge chamfering and welding seam preparation. The machines can process sheet thicknesses from 2-190mm. The machines generate a very good chamfering quality thanks to the optimized interaction between the cutter head, cutting inserts and minimal quantities of lubrication. In NE metals and steel, a chamfer width up to 30mm is possible. The MMB machines have gradual speed regulation, which is very useful when processing aluminum or stainless steel. The angle adjustment can be set gradually in the range of 30° depending on the machine type and design, for example, 25-55°, 30°-60° or 35-65°. The MMB series is equipped with a feed unit by default. The machines can be extended with roller guide ways or converted into automatic chamfering machines. Depending on the design, the machine table is equipped with ball or heavy-duty rollers.
