Vaporizing machine Saturno – Designed to relax the textile fibers and allow dimensional stability. The fabric in entrance, as plaite, big or small roll, is overfed and spread on a perforated conveyor belt that carries it through the different working fields. The first two sections of the treatment system are constituted by high temperature vaporizing tunnels, realized in stainless steel with anti-condensation units. Between the two sections there is a device that makes the belt vibrate to facilitate the relaxation and shrinkage of the fibers. At the output of the last steaming tunnel, an adjustable forced hot air drying group is installed. In the final part of the machine there is a double cooling field blocking the movement of the fibers (thermic shock). Both the drying field and the cooling one are above the conveyor belt in order to avoid a direct contact between the air flows and the right side of the fabric.

A broad variety of gas transmission cells are : Gas Cells analysis of gas & vapour phase components in IR optical spectroscopy. These range from short path length gas cells for percent level concentration measurement, to long path length gas cells for part-per-billion concentrations. Options include fixed and variable path length gas cells, as well as ambient temperature and heated gas cells. The windows that can be used with the gas cell include NaCl, KBr, CaF2, BaF2, or ZnSe infrared transmission windows, which are mounted in an optical spectrometer. Carbolescer is a combination of plated coalescing media, carbon layer, and wrapped particulate media. Aerosol form of oil is eliminated with coalescing action in the plated media. When oily compressed air enters the unit, oil droplets accumulate and fall down through the filter media. Collected liquid oil is drained from the automated drain.

Statox 501 PID - the Allrounder PIDs (Photo – Ionisation – Detectors) detect VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) in the ppm range, which other sensor types are unable to monitor, like solvents and fuels. A PID sensor uses high energy ultra violet light radiation to break gas molecules into radicals, which are discharged while passing a condenser. The discharge current increases proportional to the number of molecules, i. e. the gas concentration. The standard Statox 501 PID will detect all substances with a ionization energy below 10,6 eV PIDs are normally calibrated with Isobutene. Other gases will be detected with different sensitivity. These so - called response factors must be multiplied with the displayed concentration when adjusting span. Compur Monitors will adjust your Statox 501 PID individually to your application ex works. A magnetic pin gives access to simple parameter setting and calibration menu. A multi - color LED signalises the status of the system.
