VERTICAL VACUUM SEALING MACHINE FOR BAGS - ALSO WITH MAP GAS INLET The sealers mod. DZQ 600 LS/DZQ 800 LS are multifunctional machines suitable for sealing and vacuum packing large bags and sacks, also in MAP (with technical gas injection). The vacuum pump of 20 mc./h. it minimizes air intake times and the machines are equipped with valves for the injection of inert gas for packaging in a modified atmosphere. The double sealing bars with a width of 10 mm. and compressed air closure ensure perfect sealing on any type of material, even of high thickness. The bars are closed by means of a double button command (dual safety control). The sack support surface is adjustable. Thickness max. bag mm. 0.20 (0.8 total with bellows) By means of selectors and potentiometers it is possible to set the "sealing", "empty time" and "gas injection time" functions. The machine is equipped with two nozzles which, when the vacuum option is activated, descend into the bag and perform suction.

WHEELED VACUUM PACKAGING MACHINE DZ 400 2E WITH TWO SEALING BARS Wheeled vacuum packaging machine with two lateral sealing bars, made of stainless steel (AISI 304) and equipped with volumetric electronic sensor that enables the continuous vacuum control. Tank with with rounded lid for greater usable height in the central part. The compact size of the tank and the high power of the vacuum pump ensure high productivity. The adjustment of the welding time, vacuum and gas placing occur through practical potentiometers positioned frontally. VACUUM MACHINE WITH GAS INJECTION SYSTEM (MAP) Each sealing bar is equipped with two nozzles which introduce gases in different quantities, so the machines are suitable for the packaging of one single use for each sealing bar. When ordering, it is possible to request a modification to the gas inlet system so as to be able to pack two bags per bar by entering the same quantity of gas for each package.

The Star 106 range of vacuum sealing machines are available in a bench mounted of free-standing format. A probe extends into the bag and evacuates the air without the need to place the product inside a vacuum chamber, so there is no limit to the maximum product length. Although predominantly used for sealing food products and electronics, special purpose machines have also been produced for the chemical and agricultural sectors. Seal lengths from 500mm to 900mm. Vacuum pumps from 3cmh to 15cmh. 230V or 115V power supply. An optional gas flush facility is available to allow the product to be packed in an inert atmosphere. Weld and cool cycle times are adjustable. Seal width 6mm as standard, other options including double welds available. With both jaws heated, most modern barrier materials such as foils and nylon laminates can be sealed. A range of control options are available including the Star ARTICS and MkVI C controllers

The Star Medical sealers have been developed for applications where ease of cleaning is critical, such as in the food, medical and pharmaceutical industries. The machine body can be built in a number of different designs with the jaws operating vertically (when a product is best sealed laying down) or horizontally (when a product is best sealed standing up). With the cylinders moving the top jaw directly, jaw alignment and pressure are much more controllable. This machine design is available with all the Star controllers. The Star Medical Vacuum sealer allows for the air to be removed from a bag prior to sealing. The machine is available with a range of vacuum pumps or vacuum generators dependant on your application. Gas flushing is available for modified atmosphere packaging. This machine design is available with either our ARTICS or Medical controllers.
