AD BIG PREMIUM evaporative air conditioners for evaporative air conditioning in industrial, commercial, agricultural or livestock premises Evaporative coolers are a natural cooling system that uses water as a cooling element. Its basic operating principle is to suck in the outside air and pass it through some cooling panels moistened with water. Once the air passes through this panel, it cools and increases its humidity. Once this process has been carried out, the air is propelled inside the premises to be air-conditioned and, based on the appropriate renovations and extraction of air, a comfortable comfort temperature and adequate indoor air quality are achieved for people. AD BIG PREMIUM evaporative air conditioners, develop an air flow from 18,140 m3/h to 36,678 m3/h with an available pressure at a maximum flow of 100 Pa, its cooling capacity is suitable for premises from 300m2 to 615m2. For larger surfaces more units can be installed.

Industrial warm air heater with diesel or gas operation from 26 to 500 kW The MM hot air generators are indirect heating type equipment (the hot air does not mix with the combustion gases) and they work completely autonomously. They do not need additional elements for heat dissipation, a fact that reduces acquisition, installation and maintenance costs. Its operation is based on the heating of a certain air flow, through the combustion of diesel, natural gas or propane gas. Said flow is aspirated and driven by the fans that the equipment incorporates and that comply with the ERP 2020 regulations. Bundles are used for generating superheated, saturated steam and hot water to meet the requirment of process by utilising waste heat in power plants. We manufacture bundles according to ASME and EN standard with high frequency welded fintubes which is produced by Eralp. *We are manufacturing Solid and Serrated Type. *We can weld fin material thickness between 0,8 mm - 2 mm for high frequency welded spiral finning tubes. *It is possible to weld fin thickness less than 0,8 mm but it is not recommended. *Pitch distance is determined according to pipe diameter and thermodynamic calculation. We are able to manufacture fintubes pitch in the range of 3,5 - 20 mm.
