FX-KT small trusses lift workpieces that cannot be picked up with a magnet in the center, such as rings, punching tools and flanges. Two FX magnets, adjustably mounted on a truss made of high-strength aluminum, provide a secure hold. With a few simple steps, the magnets can be removed from the truss and used individually.

FXE-T2500/50 and 4000/80 electro-permanent lifting magnet trusses in compact design with onBoard control technology are designed for frequent handling of larger formats. Like FXE lifting magnets, they can be operated directly from mains voltage and are therefore very quickly installed and ready for use. They can be controlled directly on the unit or optionally via remote control. The FXE-T6400/80 electro-permanent lifting magnet truss is a fully equipped standard unit with all options. The truss with 6400 kg max. lifting capacity is equipped with sliding magnetic modules and can thus safely move sheet metal formats from min. 1200mm length to max. 6000mm length.

FXE-TT telescopic trusses are equipped with electro-hydraulic telescopic arms and are suitable for handling sheets of 3-16m length. The system consists of fixed and movable crossbars, each equipped with two magnetic modules. The length of the truss can be adjusted individually via radio remote control. The magnetic system can be operated on the truss itself or on the radio remote control included in the delivery.

FXE TTO lifting magnet trusses are used to remove large areas from laser or flame cutting tables. Parts from 100x100mm are removed from the table in their entire layer. Depending on the material thickness, whole sheets can also be placed with the FXE-TTO. The design of the system depends on the sheet format to be moved (uncut, LxWxH) and the dimension of the smallest blank.

We also manufacture permanent magnet lifting trusses according to your individual requirements. As a load-bearing load beam or light spreading beam with two or more magnets, the possibilities are manifold. FXE-T truss solutions with onBoard control technology are operated directly on mains voltage and can therefore be used very quickly on different cranes without individual control installation. Flaig Magnetsysteme offers trusses for all sheet metal formats, beams and profiles and also for clearing cutting tables in just one stroke.

The battery operation means that you are independent of a power connection, which means that the often annoying power cable is no longer necessary and you are not exposed to exhaust gases from combustion engines. The MSB Patsche can be easily operated by one person. Individual working widths from 1m to 3m are possible with an angle or rectangular profile. The battery life is about 6-8 hours. This corresponds to an output of approx. 600m² - 800m² of concrete surface to be removed. Thanks to the plug and play system of the battery, it can be replaced quickly, if it is necessary at all. The MSB battery pad has a speed control, the weights of the unbalance motor are adjustable. Thus, the effect of the patch can be optimally adjusted to the properties of the concrete (concrete consistency, etc.). The 3D structural frame analysis program RSTAB is the ideal tool for the design of beam, frame, or truss structures consisting of steel, reinforced concrete, timber, aluminum, or other materials. RSTAB can be used to quickly define a structural model and then calculate the internal forces, deformations, and support reactions. Various add-ons that take into account the material and standard-specific requirements are available for the design.

The owner thoroughly discussed all the technical details with the designers and builders of the constructions as well as with the designers and manufacturers of roof structures, Freiman Timber Constructions. Having received all necessary information our team members came up with their own initiative to solve the problem. The pig farms were to have very large ventilation system tunnels and they had to be located in the roof structure. In this case, it was necessary to produce timber roof trusses with a 5 m high ridge section on a gable roof to make it convenient to install 3 m diameter ventilation tunnels.

I came to the conclusion that ready-made timber trusses are a better solution basing on my previous experience. The first building on my plot was a garden house, I chose to have its roof built on site by masters. Honestly, it was not a pleasant and satisfying experience, I struggled, starting with the search for quality lumber, looking for a long time for a sawmill that can offer straight, precise geometry lumber. We needn’t have worried that the trusses got a little wet during the assembly, because the wood dries as fast as it absorbs water. Of course, you have to be more careful in autumn, when in some regions there are prolonged heavy rains. Timber trusses are also beneficial when it comes to energy efficiency.

Our client is an engineer, businessman and lecturer. He also happens to be an experienced designer who specializes in the development of agricultural building projects. One of our recent orders was the development of the 1st stage of the construction of the project of a farm complex for rabbit breeding, an animal slaughterhouse with a meat processing workshop. In total the client has an intention to have 12 rabbit farms built. This is going to be the largest rabbit farm complex in the Baltics and it is planned to put it into operation in stages.
