The Belimed Life Science Pharma-Washers were specially developed for the preparation, cleaning and drying of components in contact with the product for the production of drugs or experiments in laboratories. They are characterized by an uncompromising hygienic design, simple operation and low-maintenance construction. The design of the Pharma-Washer and the cleaning procedures have been optimized for highest demands based on many years of experience. Typical applications for the pharma-washers are the cleaning of components in contact with the product in the production, filling and packaging of pharmaceutical products, the cleaning of glassware and equipment for laboratories and the cleaning of transport containers and equipment for use in clean rooms.

Our biodegradable jars are ready for manufacturing in Germany and in Japan. We have two different mateial grades, 'Premium' and 'Universal'. The compact jerrycan, made of electrically conductive HDPE, is especially well suited for use in explosion-proof areas. With a specific surface resistance of <105 ohms, the canister has a very high electrical conductivity. When correctly earthed, it prevents the danger of ignition due to an accumulation of electrostatic charge. The canister thus helps to meet the requirements of the ATEX 137, TRBS2153 and CENELEC 50404 guidelines. The plastic industrial canister is non-rusting and can be disposed of with no problems in the recycling system. It can be used for dispensing and storing combustible and highly flammable liquids of explosion groups IIA, IIB and IIC, such as laboratory waste in industrial applications or mining. Due to its narrow width of 6.5 cm or 12.5 cm, the space-saving canister requires very little room, making it suitable for use in very confined spaces.

Wide-necked canister with extremely wide filling opening (88 mm), easy to clean on the inside, which is particularly important when storing sensitive substances. Carrying handles and screw lid guarantee safe and convenient transport. The wide-necked canister can also be used as a settling canister. Via a threaded connector just above the base, a spigot or other accessories with an inner thread of 3/4" can be attached.

Transparent plastic containers are used for packing (storing) semifirm and firm cosmetic and food products. They can be in direct contact with the product if the product does not have a high vapor pressure. Every plastic container can have an innerseal. The conditions and the method of production of plastic containers and closures are in accordance with the following standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001. Customers can choose the colour of the container (proof of additives) and whether they want containers to be sterile or not. With the containers we deliver producer´s certificate that is accompanied by technical documentation and documentation which states that the final products and the materials they are made from are safe for health (traceability of product´s documentation).
