This is where you can store your small part inventory well-arranged and completely dust-free! You just need to pivot forward the case made of special transparent plastic to open in inclination. Perfect inclining function is provided even with heavy charge. The Clear-View cabinets are available in solid frames made of shock-resistant plastic (PS) of 601 mm standard width and in 6 different sizes. The Clear-View cabinets offer you a combined storage system: with order, a clear overview, dust protection, quick access and helpful transparency to identify the parts promptly. Large label areas above the handles are useful for the cases labelling and designation. The Clear-View cabinets are made of top- quality plastic and characterize through their high durability; they are nearly unbreakable and largely oil and acid-resistant. In addition, they have two utility spaces and can be employed in every workplace – i.e. without frame, too.

Stil Elektronik combines electroluminescent technology with membrane switch technology and brings it into use in the areas where homogenous lighting is needed, for several industries such as machinery, security, marine electronics, automotive, marketing etc. Electroluminescent technology is technically and visually better than the LED technology and it works properly in all kind of condition and temperature. It has 4 different colors as standard. On the other hand it is possible to brighten the printings by using transparent paints, in case of demand of different colors. There can be various colors on one panel as well one color too.

The Twisteiro tamper-evident twist seal is made of polycarbonate. It consists of two pre-installed parts: a transparent case with a catch and a rotor insert. It is used in combination with a sealing rope. The transparent case makes it possible to monitor the integrity of the inner rotor and also protects it from tampering. The inner part of the rotor can be closed by turning it clockwise only. It helps to secure the rope in the seal so that it cannot be reached without visible signs of tampering. For better protection, the same unique number is applied to the case and rotor. This measure prevents the substitution of individual parts of the seal. The numbers are laser-marked through the thickness of the surface, so they cannot be easily erased and replaced with a new number or tampered with. Clixar also provides the service of applying your company logo, QR and bar codes, and other information on the seal by laser.

The twist seal Turbion is a seal made of polycarbonate. It has two pre-installed parts: a case and a rotor. The transparent (sometimes semi-transparent) case reliably protects the internal locking mechanism and helps to monitor its integrity. The internal rotor consists of 4 leaves that allow to rotate it only clockwise. This means that it is impossible to open or remove the seal without destroying the rotor, which warns the intruders of unavoidable and obvious signs of external interference. As an added security, the case catch and rotor are marked with the same unique number. This eliminates the possibility to replace the seal or some of its parts with another. Also, your logo, QR and bar codes, and other information can be laser marked on the case catch. All markings are lasered through the thickness of the surface making it impossible to erase them and apply another marking without visible damage.

A flow indicator or flow monitor makes it possible to visually observe the passage of a fluid. It is therefore equipped with a transparent window to visualize the flowing fluid. In the case of transparent fluids, it is also equipped with fins that can be seen rotating in the presence of a flow.

HELIO®Clean 2 is a combined conveying-/ mixing-/ and dedusting device for virgin material and regrind. The dust is removed through a 2-stage dedusting system. The compact design makes it ideal for mounting on the feed zone of the processing machine or on a drying container. The separated dust content is sucked out into an external collection bin. Available in 1- or 2-component version, filling is carried out by the integrated compressed air conveying technology with Venturi suction lance(s). Quality: Dust in granules causes lowered mechanical properties of technical plastic resins, leads to problems with surface finish in case of transparent parts, to high rate of rejects basing on smudges or white/black dots in transparent injection moulding parts like for example optical lenses of PC and PMMA. Professional cleaning of resins brings the quality to the original state again and optically perfect parts can be produced.

The compact design makes it ideal for mounting on the feed zone of the processing machine or on a drying container. Available in 1- or 2-component version, filling is carried out by the integrated compressed air conveying technology with Venturi suction lance(s). Dedusting capacity up to 25 kg/h. Quality: Dust in granules causes lowered mechanical properties of technical plastic resins, leads to problems with surface finish in case of transparent parts, to high rate of rejects basing on smudges or white/black dots in transparent injection moulding parts like for example optical lenses of PC and PMMA. Professional cleaning of resins brings the quality to the original state again and optically perfect parts can be produced.
