The small, lightweight and handy GEDA 200 Z – our ideal hoist for scaffolders and construction workers. The base unit includes chassis, cable bin and trailing cable. The mast with the toothed rack can be fixed to the scaffold using only one tube. The anchoring distances are 4m. The entire unit only requires an area of 1,5 x 1,5m on the ground, which makes it possible to load the hoist parallel to the building without any problems. Unloading at the landing levels can be easily done by turning the platform. The lightweight platform (only 44 kg) can be turned by 90° to the left and to the right. The GEDA design and development team has constructed the GEDA 200 Z to be easily serviced and maintained, i.e.easy access to handy components.

Integrated into the machine base is the coolant system or, -as option- the microspraying system. The design of the base made of thick steel plate leads to reduced vibrations during cutting. A chip drawer makes the disposal of the chips so easy. Manually operated machines offer a smooth and easy sawblade feed via their lever, gearwheel and toothes rack. The semi-automatically operated machines offer a variable, hydro-pneumatically controlled setting of the sawblade feed. Each mitring position can be set with ease and accuracy within a range of 45°-90°-45-30°. The upper part of the sawing machine is swivelled into mitring position, lefthand up to 45°-righthand up to 30°. The jaw is moved easily from left to right. The material remains in its position. hardened and ground gear wheels and wormgears are the assurances for the longevity combined with highly reduced vibration adding to the sawblade lifetime.

Extreme temperature resistant chain and gear oil. Synthetic lubricating oil for open drives, chains and gears. It does not carbonise, embrittle, build layers or polymerise and is perfectly suitable for the lubrication of open wire ropes, guideways, leaf springs and toothed racks.

The aisle-bound MONO series has proved a favourite with customers because of its optimum use of space. Minimum approach dimensions at the end of the aisle and at the top and bottom of the travel plus no-buffers end-of-aisle protection permit full exploitation of the storage space. And then there’s the speed factor as well: good travelling speed and acceleration figures ensure efficient storage and retrieval, also during peak times. Depending on requirements, our MONO storage retrieval machines (SRMs) can be fitted with one, two or three drives. Where very high maneuverability is required, DAMBACH also makes use of an interlocking drive concept with a toothed rack. That results in throughput rates that are otherwise only seen in automated small parts warehouses. Another benefit of the toothed rack drive is the low load on the running wheels and the rails.
