Firewood is made of locally supplied timber. The wood species we use to make firewood are beech, Ash, Oak, Birch, Alder, Pine, and Fir. Each log can be cut into pieces of 25, 30 or 45 cm, split 4-6 times for 8-15 cm diameter and stacked into 1m³, 1,8m³, 2m³ or 2,2m³ boxes or bags of 9.5 L, 21 L, 30 L, 40 L or 60 Liters. It is sold in 3 levels of moisture: fresh (35-55%), air-dried (25-35%) or kiln-dried (<25%). Our logs are derived from hardwood (broadleaf) and softwood (conifers) species. The firewood is free from any chemicals or contaminations. Sizes are customized buyers’ demand. Standard: up to 25% humidity. Diameter: 8-15 inches. Packaging: packed in wooden boxes (containers). Pack sizes: 1 RM and 1.8 RM or 2 RM. Cantilever racking systems are highly load-bearing storage systems intended for storage of long and/or bulky storage materials. Such goods include timber, wooden boards, metal sheets, sections, beams or steel elements, building materials but also scrap cars and all kinds of heavy loads. Cantilever racking by OHRA is distinguished from standard racks using solid steel sections for all load-bearing elements. Thanks to this slim construction of our racks a high storage capacity can be achieved across a small floor space. There are specific types of cantilever racks for every product and for every industry. They differ based on requirements, height, useable depth, load-bearing capacity or section thickness. All cantilever racking are produced individually according to customer requirements; they are equipped with a high-quality powder coat or hot-dip galvanised for outdoor storage.

Glued pine boards are a special type of wooden construction boards consisting of layers of pine wood that are connected using glue. The gluing process increases the strength and stability of the wood, which makes it more resistant to changing weather conditions and mechanical loads. Glued pine boards are widely used in construction and carpentry. They are mainly used to produce beams, square timbers, sandwich panels, wooden stairs, doors, furniture and other construction elements. They are characterized by much greater durability compared to uniform wooden boards. Therefore, they are ideal for various types of structures that require the solidity of the raw material or material.

Heating technology with a future The calculation is simple, the technology successful. Efficient surface drying is achieved with biomass in Rippert plants. Together with the Hargassner company from Austria, a specialist for heating with biomass, and the proven Rippert plant know-how, the technology is now marketable and has gone into production. The demanding drying characteristics in a powder-coating plant are compatible with the process and work perfectly. A future-orientated heating technology with considerable economic and ecological benefits – the experts are unanimous in that. Wood pellets or wood chips are the inexpensive energy suppliers. They are valuable waste products that result from the processing of domestic timbers. Heating with wood chips – without intermediate heat transfer media such as thermal oil • Environmentally friendly and CO2-neutral • fully automatic boiler cleaning and ash discharge Maximum financial saving potentials are realised with this energy carrier. Wood chips, chopped to a transportable size and dried by the supplier, are stored in the storeroom near the plant. It can be located on the same level or lower. A tried-and tested transport system consisting of a floor agitator with springs and discharge auger carries the wood chips reliably into the plant. Here it acts as a fuel with maximum convenience. If the calorific value equivalents are examined, we see that 1,000 litres of fuel oil is equivalent to 12 m³ of wood chips. The ratio is the same for 1,000 m³ of natural gas. Heating with wood pellets - without intermediate heat transfer media such as thermal oil Wood pellets are true energy bundles. They consist of natural wood and are made by compressing sawdust, which is produced in large quantities every day in the industry. As a biomass they are the alternative to wood chips and are just as advantageous from an economical point of view. Pellets have the smallest volume and are conveyed dust-free and without odours from storage containers to a storage vessel next to the plant. They are transported into the combustion chamber via a rotary vane feeder and feed auger. For comparison: 1,000 l fuel oil = 2 t pellets 1,000 m³ natural gas = 2 t pellets 1,000 l liquefied gas = 1.32 t pellets Advantages • Reduction in energy costs Heating cost comparison (reference = 1,000 l fuel oil)

Our product improves the durability and adhesion of subsequent coats especially on highly absorbent substrates or those with varying degrees of absorbency. The coat is nearly odorless, completely odorless even when dry and it dries quickly. The coat slightly raises the grain, fills the wood pores and can be sanded easily.
