Kane Ace™ MX is Kaneka’s novel coreshell rubber (CSR) toughening system for thermo set resins. HODA, UAB privately owned Lithuanian capital company, one of the biggest plastic injection moulders in Baltic states with 3400 m² area of production plant and 3500 m² of warehousing facilities. At the moment company operates 53 injection moulding machines, which gives us flexibility to produce different size and purpose plastic parts from a fraction of gram up to six kilograms of mass.

At the moment company operates 54 injection moulding machines, which gives us flexibility to produce different size and purpose plastic parts from a fraction of gram up to six kilograms of mass.

These Roller Followers are lubricated with CLube, a thermosetting solidtype lubricant which fills the inner space of the bearing. CLube is lubricant made of a lot of lubrication oil and fine particles of superhigh molecular polyolefin that are solidified by heat treatment. As the bearing rotates, the lubricating oil oozes out onto the raceway surface in proper quantities, maintaining the lubrication performance for a long period of time.

Although our specialty is the machining of technical plastics, we also offer the customer who wishes, the possibility of acquiring semi-finished material in a wide variety of plastic materials. The usual formats of semi-finished products are usually in plate, tube or bar, with the possibility of cutting as we make ourselves. We also offer advice on the characteristics of the products and their particular properties, to guarantee compliance with our client's requirements.

Aqua Release 470 is a water-based, semi-permanent release agent and mold sealer in the field of thermoset processing, but especially for molds with highly porous surfaces. It can be used for castable or spreadable polyester-, epoxy-, phenolic and DCPD- resins. The operating temperature range of Aqua Release 470 is between room-temperature and +150°C.

Treil Part 310 is a semi-permanent release agent in the field of thermoset processing, which allows multiple demoldings. It can be used for all types of resin and all kinds of processing, but especially for molds with highly porous surfaces. The operating temperature range of Treil Part 310 is between room-temperature and +475°C. Processed correctly, Treil Part 310 will leave a high gloss surface.

Spacewax 300 is a release agent in the field of thermoset processing. It can be used for castable or spreadable polyester-, epoxy- and DCPD- resins. The operating temperature range of Spacewax 300 is between room-temperature and +140°C. Processed correctly, Spacewax 300 will leave a high gloss surface.

Mold Sealer S-31 is a semi-permanent mold sealer in the field of thermoset processing. It can be used for all types of resin and all kinds of processing, but especially for molds with highly porous surfaces. The operating temperature range of Mold Sealer S-31 is between room-temperature and +475°C. Processed correctly, Mold Sealer S-31 will leave a high gloss surface.

fluid 010 dissolves pollutions like: oils, greases, resins, silicon, residues of anti-corrosion agents, colorbatches, etc. It evaporates without residues.

fluid 015 dissolves pollutions like: oils, greases, resins, silicon, residues of anti-corrosion agents, colorbatches and tough stains like baked-on polymer residues. It evaporates very slow, but without residues.

HMC 180 is a cleaner for high tempered molds (above 60°C up to 180°C). Tenacious stains like baked-on residues, decomposed polymers and other contaminations can be removed easily. HMC 180 does not evaporate. To remove the dissolved residues a post-treatment with a quick cleaner (e.g.: fluid 010) is necessary.

Mold Cleaner #1 dissolves pollutions like: oils, greases, waxes and resins, even cured ones. Mold Cleaner #1 will remove the sealer form mold surfaces. Mold Cleaner #1 does not evaporate. Residues have to be cleansed with a quick cleaner (e.g.: fluid 010, Cleaner ES).

Spacewax Sealer is a wax-based mold sealer and release agent in the field of thermoset processing. It can be used for castable or spreadable polyester-, epoxy- and DCPD- resins. The operating temperature range of Spacewax Sealer is between room-temperature and +200°C. Processed correctly, Spacewax Sealer will leave a high gloss surface.
