This control unit has two 0-10 Volt outputs to regulate the EC fans. Via the 2 tacho inputs you can directly monitor the status of the fans and their speed, if tacho signals are available on the fans. HVAC sensors or potentiometers can be connected to the unit, via Modbus RTU communication or 2 analogue inputs. The built-in 24 VDC power supply can feed the external sensors or potentiometers. The controller itself needs a supply voltage between 85 - 305 VAC. Application specific firmware is needed for the unit to function. This firmware can be downloaded via Senteraweb, our online HVAC portal, where we already made a limited number of specific firmware version available, used in typical HVAC applications like destratification. The only thing that needs to be done is to select the appropriate functionality on the solution page of our website and download the firmware. No additional programming is required. TCMF8 is also available - for AC fan speed control.

The RESISTOMAT® model 2329 is particularly suitable for fast measurements of low resistances in automated processes. Up to 50 measurements per second can easily be performed. The device complies with the latest CE guidelines and is designed for laboratory use as well as heavy-duty industrial applications. A 2-fold and 4-fold comparator with switching outputs has been included for classifi cation and selection; this feature is particularly useful for serial tests. One special application involves the measurement of contact resistances (dry-circuit measurement); the load voltage in this case is limited to 20 mV in order to prevent fritting (DIN IEC 512). The RS232 (standard) and IEEE488, USB and Ethernet (option) computer interfaces allow the set-up of fully automatic testing stations. The PLC interface allows easy integration into your production process control.

Fast and accurate measurements of the smallest resistance values are possible with the milliohmmeter RESISTOMAT® model 2316. Due to the rugged aluminium injection moulding desktop housing with membrane keypad it is suitable for use in laboratory and industrial environment likewise. Wires and coils can be measured with temperature compensation. The SENSORMASTER 9163 covers a wide range of applications in which process values need to be measured, displayed, analyzed and transferred to higher-level control systems. Typical applications include measuring geometric values in production, for instance differential measurements, or testing material properties in the laboratory. Based on its specifications, this device can be used in various applications. It is especially suitable for resistance measurement on insulating materials such as e.g. cable insulations, foils, textiles, surfaces, insulating liquids,etc. With a test voltage of 45 V, 100 V, 250 V and 500 V the device fulfi ls most test specifi cations such as e.g. DIN 51953, 53482 and 54345. The guard switching allows single resistance measurements in a triangle wiring. This could be e.g. a two line cable with common shield or the measurement of insulating materials on a guardring measurement cell. The selection of the measurement range is done manually or automatically. Fast subsequent measurements can be realized by the internal limit value indicator. When the measured value exceeds the limit the limit value indicator switches and activates a potential-free relay output.
