When it comes to technical gas, this is mainly used in the industrial market. This type of nitrous oxide (N2O) is less pure. It is also called impure gas and therefore the price of this type is also cheaper. Gas has a purity level. The purity level of technical nitrous oxide is 98%. The reason this gas is impure is that no filter is applied here to make the nitrous oxide purer. What also differs is that this type of nitrous oxide (N2O) bottle does not have a residual pressure valve. This residual pressure valve can ensure and prevent rust, dirt, or other particles that should not be in the bottle from entering the bottle. What technical nitrous oxide (N2O) can be used for is, for example, as an oxidizer in a rocket engine. The advantage of this is that it is then nontoxic, also because nitrous oxide (N2O) is much easier to store and it is stable at room temperature. Technical nitrous oxide (N2O) is therefore also widely used in the aerospace industry.

ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE, MAINTENANCE FREE AND PROTECTED AGAINST EXTERNAL EFFECTS The pressureless gas storage system of Lipp is used for the storage of gas produced on landfill sites, waste water treatment plants and also as external storage on biogas plants. The system is determined by its robust and technical advanced construction where the gas balloon is protected by a galvanized steel tank. This protects the balloon against UV light and also other external factors. The system is mostly utilized at landfill sites or WWTP to buffer the gas before its further processing. The experience gained during the past decades has improved the complete system and the single components and makes it a perfect choice for end users and general contractors.

VERTICAL VACUUM SEALING MACHINE FOR BAGS - ALSO WITH MAP GAS INLET The sealers mod. DZQ 600 LS/DZQ 800 LS are multifunctional machines suitable for sealing and vacuum packing large bags and sacks, also in MAP (with technical gas injection). The vacuum pump of 20 mc./h. it minimizes air intake times and the machines are equipped with valves for the injection of inert gas for packaging in a modified atmosphere. The double sealing bars with a width of 10 mm. and compressed air closure ensure perfect sealing on any type of material, even of high thickness. The bars are closed by means of a double button command (dual safety control). The sack support surface is adjustable. Thickness max. bag mm. 0.20 (0.8 total with bellows) By means of selectors and potentiometers it is possible to set the "sealing", "empty time" and "gas injection time" functions. The machine is equipped with two nozzles which, when the vacuum option is activated, descend into the bag and perform suction.

Explosionproof/flameproof gas preheater EEx d -ATEX und IECEx zertifiziert In general a cooling down takes place at expansion of gases whilst a heating takes place at compression. Typical gases are carbon monoxide, natural gas and air. The temperature change, which occurs at expansion of gas or gas mixture from a high to low pressure i.e. after a gas pressure control is called Joule-Thomson effect. In order to prevent the effects of Joule-Thomson as icing or condensate separation, the gas will be heated up before expansion. The gas pre heaters are suitable for all kind of gaseous media (i.e. air, natural gas, technical gases, fuel gas) and low flow process applications, suitable for pressures up to 300 bar. The “Cast electric heaters” type flameproof electrical gas pre heaters are certified for use in zone 1 or 2 hazardous area, custom built to meet client specification. The gas pre heater consists of a process tube coil and an electrical heating bundle, casted in aluminium. The process gas flows through the tube coil and is heated by the aluminium block that provides the heat transfer. This indirect electric heating gives an accurate control of the process and eliminates pressure vessel design and associated costs.

Magnetic differential manometer MDM 40 is designed to indicate pressure drop across the filter element in compressed air system.
