LIPP® Welded Tanks offer the ideal storage solution for a wide variety of media. Tanks are produced by means of an automated welding process specially developed by LIPP® and can be constructed individually in diameter in volumes of 50 to 10,000 m³ according to the application. LIPP® offers a corresponding selection of metallic materials suitable for use with storage media ranging from drinking water and foodstuffs to ethanol or oil. These materials range from a variety of different steel grades to highalloy stainless steels. The automated process meets the highest quality standards. LIPP® Welded Storage Tanks can be produced within a short time, either on site in the open air or inside a building.

The LIPP® Large Thermal Storage Tank is a customized solution to effectively store excessive heat from biogas plants, biomass heating plants, solar plants or other heat sources. The carbon steel tanks are fabricated on site with the patented automated LIPP® Welding Technology. The horizontal welding process enables the infinitely variable production of tanks up to 6,000 m³ volume with horizontal welding only. The largevolume, above ground storage tanks are fitted with all necessary safety and operation equipment. Additional, individual components according to client’s specification can be considered. The roof and wall insulation is individually adapted to local conditions. The LIPP® Thermal Storage Tanks operate at atmospheric pressure, at a temperature of up to 95° C and are suitable for use with heating water. Speciality No additional nitrogen system necessary.

The deposit is equipped with lateral ventilation grilles, openeable top, hinged doors, handle with lock equipped with double key and watertight collection tank. Comes with safety stickers. What Is The Clarification Process? Primary (mechanical) treatment/Clarification is designed to remove gross, suspended particles and floating solids from raw sewage or wastewater. Other applications for these conical cone bottom tanks include a settlement tank or sludge tank. A Unique Full Drain Solution Conical tanks are unique in that their contents discharge completely through a cone point at the centre of their base. Their cone base and smooth internal walls ensure complete discharge. This has clear advantages for food production, fermented beers, mixing tank, manufacturing and farming applications. Enduramaxx cone bottom tanks provide a unique solution with choices of a 5, 15, 30, 45 and 60-degree cone. This cone angle ensures maximum performance, with even the most viscous liquids not building up inside the tank.

Enduramaxx’s Open Top Cone tanks are available in a range of 25 sizes and are constructed so as to have a consistent wall thickness and chemical resistance. They are ideal for the blending of or containment of liquids. These plastic tanks are supplied as standard with a heavy-duty galvanised steel support frame, also available without frame.

Horizontal Water Tanks & Bowsers These Horizontal Tanks & Bowsers are designed for the transportation of liquid such as water and liquid fertiliser. The tanks are designed to mount onto straight to flat surfaces with a unique pin mounting system without the need of mounting frames or steel mounting straps and are highly impact resistant and easy to fill. The horizontal plastic tanks are manufactured from WRAS approved polymer for the storage of drinking water (black, boat blue or natural coloured tanks only). These can be used as sprayer tanks or water bowsers for agricultural sprayers with a range of sprayer camlock fittings available to suit your sprayer.
