Manager IQ Easy: the heart of the IQ Easy Platform Manager IQ Easy Introducing a new level of static control; the heart of the new IQ Easy platform is the Manager IQ Easy. It comprises of a Control unit with a 7'' LCD touch screen, provides information from all the connected devices and makes it easy to change and monitor status and parameters. Up to 6 IQ devices can be directly connected to the Manager IQ Easy. The 24V DC power distribution is routed via the Manager, so no extra cables! The iNOEX Data Manager (iDM) comprises a central data logger for the collection of all process and quality data of the iNOEX systems in the extrusion line. Optimization potentials can be identified, and product-specific key figures can be analyzed and evaluated. The software is installed as a virtual machine in the customer's network, so that no additional hardware is required. OPC-UA as a standardized process data interface, integrated with the latest measurement, control and automation solutions from iNOEX, transfers the data. A connection of legacy systems via the iDM gateway is also possible. By using the Grafana software, iDM 4.0 allows graphs, visualizations and data analysis, data export as .csv or .xls, live data on the database server, use as a hall monitor, as well as ready-made and freely configurable dashboards and reports for each connected system.

The Welding 4.0 quality management system ewm Xnet was specifically developed for the welding production and effectively supports all the employees involved in the welding process (welding coordinator, welder, production manager, manager, etc.). The services provided by ewm Xnet include, on the one hand, the monitoring and the documentation of all welding parameters from any number of networked welding machines. An engine oil pressure switch is used to maintain power to the engine, and the vehicle, once the engine has started. When the engine is cranking, power is being supplied through the starter circuits. However, once the engine is running, and the oil pressure is up, power is routed through the oil pressure switch and sensor unit. This is done to ensure the engine is not run without oil. If the sensor does not read the right pressure, the switch will not close, and the vehicle will not stay running. The pressure switch is generally place or fitted around the Engine Oil filter as the oil line has to pass through the filter to be filtered during its continuos cycle of use.

The Advance Solar EnergyManager is a tried and tested thermal store design with an internal heat exchanger and shunt pump arrangement resulting in delivery of hot water equivalent to the volume of the tank at 43ºC. The solar version has a dedicated solar coil which reduces energy bills and reliance on fossil fuel. The solar thermal panels will contribute to heating and hot water during periods of solar gain. The shunt pump is pre fitted and wired to activate when taps or showers are turned on. The EnergyManager comes as shown above with wiring centre for installers to complete the wiring for the rest of the system. Full instructions for wiring the total system are included. At 65ºC operation the EnergyManager is perfect for underfloor or low temperature radiator circuits and offers efficiencies due to the temperature being lower than most thermal stores. As a thermal store it can reduce boiler cycling and act as a buffer for heating.

At 65ºC operation the EnergyManager is perfect for underfloor or low temperature radiator circuits and offers efficiencies due to the temperature being lower than most thermal stores.
