Steel types, also called type stamps, can be produced in all dimensions. The design is flexible: type stamps with or without groove, with labelling groove, in T shape (T type) and L shape (L type) as well as conical or segment types, which are put together as a ring. Cylindrical steel types can also be produced. The font size is guided by your drawing. The type stamps are hardened and annealed in accordance with the purpose and can be used immediately. Labelling is also possible in unmistakable fonts or with rounded-off engraving in addition to standard designs. Also possible are point font or low stress to avoid cracks in the stamping material.

CSN®cartridge type heating elements and bath heaters are eminently suitable for direct heating and warming of liquids of all kinds. Corresponding to the nature of the different media protective coverings of steel, various special steel types or porcelain can be selected. The electric heating inserts of CSN®cartridge type heating elements may be installed or dismounted without the necessity of draining the liquids from the container. The CSN®cartridge type heating elements and bath heaters are manufactured for nominal voltages from 110 up to 690 volts D.C. and A.C. In the case of higher heating capacities 3 or more elements each, being individually divisible by the factor 3 can be star or delta connected to 230 and 400 volts A.C. threephase mains. At 12 kW and a related length the elements are fabricated for 400 volts A.C. threephase delta connections. In any case the desired voltage and type of current has to be stated.

Kaleliler is manufacturing various types of steel nuts within a range of M 20 - M 80. Hot dip galvanize, electrogalvanize, zinc flake and variour types of surface treatment types are available. DIN 934,936; EN 14399-4, ISO 4032 , ASTM A563 10S are some examples of our production.

They are conventional, straight, spiral type steel ladders fixed to the ground.

Kaleliler is manufacturing steel bolts from vaious types within a range of M 12 - M 72 . Heat Treatment, Surface Treatments and quality control lab are all INHOUSE. Kaleliler is an expert in hot forging and special fasteners production. ISO 4014,4017,4762,10642; EN 14399-4, EN 15048; Oval bolts, Eye Bolts, Hammer Bolts are some of the products that are produced often. All quality checks are done in our inhouse laboratory and 3.1 B certificates acc. to EN 10204 standard is maintained. Our products is traceable for years by the help f our ERP System.

Welded steel legs in Z shape, welded construction, powder painted, made of rectangular steel pipe 40 mm x 80 mm, 2 units heavy-duty metal plates with 4 holes each. All our products are Made in Europe.

Interchange specifications are available. Since the slide unit and track rail dimensions are separate, each can be individually added or exchanged. The slide unit is available in a standard type and wide type, the latter suitable for use with a single track rail. Length of Slide Unit Three stainless steel ball retaining types with the same crosssectional dimensions but different slide unit lengths are available short type, standard type and highrigidity long type. They can be selected according to the application. Stainless Steel and High Carbon Steel Types Stainless steel types, with excellent corrosion resistance, are also available. They are ideal for use in cleanroom machines and equipment, such as medical equipment, various disc readers and semiconductor manufacturing devices. The high carbon steel type, with a track rail that can be modified, is used for generalpurpose applications such as conveying and equipment handling.

CLube Linear Way MUL is a USeries linear motion rolling guide with a Ushaped track rail crosssection and builtin CLube lubrication that provides longterm, maintenancefree operation. Our CLube technology maintains the lubrication performance for an extended period of time, reducing lubrication schedules and the time it takes to manage them. The IKO High Rigidity Precision Linear Slide Unit BWU is a small limited linear motion guide with two rows of balls in contact with the raceway at four points, allowing stable accuracy and rigidity to be achieved even in applications where fluctuating or complex load is applied. It is available in abundant sizes and can be selected according to the application. Since the integrated table and bed grind the two track grooves simultaneously, machining errors are fewer, the dimensional accuracy between each row can be easily increased, and highly accurate and extremely smooth operation is possible. Ultra Seal Specification The ultra seal specification provides excellent dust prevention performance thanks to a combination of the dedicated track rail finished with an overall ground finish, and the special shape of the end seal and under seal on the slide unit.

The compression-type fittings are the link between the thermocouple and the test area and facilitate precise adaptation. The special types consist of 11 types of sealing brushes which we can produce in a large range of variations on your request. You can choose: - All fill types, e.g. natural bristles and hair, plant fibres, synthetic filaments and wires.- The quality of the backing material, e.g. galvanized steel, stainless steel (1.4301; 1.4571) or brass.- The trim height (BH) (free bristle length- The overall length from a few centimeters to the maximum length which can be transported. We also can supply all sealing brush types with fixing holes in the holding flanges, e.g. 22 available sizes of round holes and 13 sizes of elongated holes. Don't hesitate to ask us for other dimensions of fixing holes, too.

Our sealing brushes are available in many forms and with a wide variety of profiles. These profiles can also be used as mounting flanges, for example in a self-adhesive design, or fixed by screws or by welding. As our standard types which are available from stock we chose our most demanded sealing brushes concerning the trim heights and overall lengths. Our standard types we supply from stock in 7 different profile types made of galvanised steel, heat-resistant also in high thermal fluctuations. The stock types are filled with polyamide (PA6), mane hair (MAH) and phosphorbronze-wire (PHB).
