The accuracy of the computer-generated details being transmitted directly to the CNC machinery increases the quality standards of the production. Novelty Steel has adapted EN 1090-2 standards into its manufacturing processes supervised by experienced quality management team.

The LIPP® Large Thermal Storage Tank is a customized solution to effectively store excessive heat from biogas plants, biomass heating plants, solar plants or other heat sources. The carbon steel tanks are fabricated on site with the patented automated LIPP® Welding Technology. The horizontal welding process enables the infinitely variable production of tanks up to 6,000 m³ volume with horizontal welding only. The largevolume, above ground storage tanks are fitted with all necessary safety and operation equipment. Additional, individual components according to client’s specification can be considered. The roof and wall insulation is individually adapted to local conditions. SHELVES WITH TANKS LIQUID WASTE SERIES FPB801/802 Modular system consists of a structure in tubular steel, a collection tank and a floor grid support. The tubular structure is available in versions for single or double barrel and it is stackable, making it possible to safely store up to 4 drums. Containers of liquid pollutants must be stored safely, in particular to prevent any contamination of aquifers. The agitator is screwed directly onto the on-top 2” bung hole of the tank thanks to either a 2”-steel or a 2”-fluoroware coupling. Therefore, this agitator can not only be screwed onto steel tanks but also onto plastic tanks with bung hole.
