The task of storing liquids hazardous to water or to their processing must be handled responsibly. In the building of the corresponding process containers, storage tanks, stainless steel containers, different factors must be taken into consideration. They are designed according to regulations, such as PED (AD-2000, SVTI, EN13445) or according to special standards, such as the Basel chemical standard BN76 and manufactured in stainless steel. Process containers and storage tanks have half-pipe coils, jackets or laser-welded structures (pillow plates) for heating and cooling purposes. Our custom-built fabrication shop is 34.5m by 24.0m with an under hook height of 14.0m – enabling us to manufacture stainless steel vessels from as small as 2 litres right up to 180,000 litres. We mainly use grade 316 stainless steel, however we can also manufacture vessels in stainless steels (304, 316 and 321 grades) and in other materials on request.

We stock the worlds largest selection of used stainless steel tanks. These range from 50 to 250,000 litre, and are applicable in a wide variety of industries including the beverage, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, waste, dairy and water treatment industries.

The water tanks are available in many diameters and heights, with capacities from 5 m3 to even 3143 m3 in standard solutions. The water tanks are easy to install and transport in pallet form. Each tank is accompanied by an installation manual with detailed explanations and images. Tank components: - Liner DelafleX (thickness 0,6 mm); - Steel rings (rings bolts and nuts); - Protection fleece (300g on the walls and similar on the bottom) and clamp strips; - Anti-algae cover.
