The KASAG curd mixer distinguishes itself through its consistent and gentle blending of different ingredients. It comprises a vessel, a co-axial mixing device and customized connections. The base as well as the jacket are cooled and provided with a densely welded insulation jacket. The KASAG curd mixer can be conveyed easily via pallet lifting systems. Buffer container with mixing device for soft cheese The KASAG buffer container for soft cheese has an anchor mixing device with scraper and a pump at the outlet.

Our custom-built fabrication shop is 34.5m by 24.0m with an under hook height of 14.0m – enabling us to manufacture stainless steel vessels from as small as 2 litres right up to 180,000 litres. We mainly use grade 316 stainless steel, however we can also manufacture vessels in stainless steels (304, 316 and 321 grades) and in other materials on request.
