A wireless sensor for counting the number of vehicles and measuring speed from KSK Developments transmits accurate data and can be used in various fields. Magnetic Sensor This detects vehicles by measuring the change in the earth's magnetic field as the vehicles pass over the detector. Radar Sensor Radar is capable of detecting distant objects and determining their position and speed of movement. With vehicle detection, a device directs high frequency radio waves at the roadway to determine the time delay of the return signal, thereby calculating the distance to the detected vehicle.

The Doppler traffic radar 24 GHz (IRZ SensR-24.01) is designed to determinate the range, angle (azimuth), direction and radial speed of vehicles movement by scanning the space in the forward hemisphere thus enabling traffic data collection and roadway performance analysis. The radar can be used as a part of vehicles video recording and registration systems (including ANPR and speed enforcement systems) or installed into variable message signs (VMS).
