This is 40-liter draining solar tank, with purpose to be installed in solar thermal circuit and convert any solar tank into a drain back solar tank.

SOLAR WATER HEATER

Boilers of indirect heating of the VTE series of the company "Teplobak" are made of structural steel. The inner surface of the water heater is covered with high-quality enamel, which is certified for use in water supply systems. Depending on the model, heaters of this series can be equipped with one (VTE-1) and two (VTE-2) heat exchangers. Boilers of indirect heating of the VTE series have an inspection flange at the bottom of the tank for periodic maintenance, as well as a hole for mounting the thermoelectric heating element. The water heater is equipped with a magnesium anode for additional anti-corrosion protection of the inner surface. Wide range of available capacities of boilers of series VTE of the company "Teplobak" (160-500 liters) makes it possible to continuously provide consumers with hot water at the sites of various purposes (cottages, country houses, mini-hotels, etc.).

The VTN series heat accumulators are made from food-grade stainless steel (AISI 304, 316, 321), offering excellent corrosion resistance. Their smooth inner surface prevents scale formation, making them ideal for applications with strict water quality requirements. The VTN-1 model has two fixed heat exchangers for bivalent systems. The lower exchanger connects to low-temperature sources (solar collectors, heat pumps), while the upper connects to high-temperature sources (gas, electric boilers) for to finish heating of water to the required temperature. The VTN-2 model features a built-in lower heat exchanger for monovalent DHW systems. The VTN-2 PLUS has a larger heat exchanger for efficient use with low-temperature heat sources like condensing gas boilers, heat pumps or solar collectors. The VTN-3 model serves as a storage tank for hot or cold water and is ideal for "turbo-boiler" systems, utilizing layered heat accumulation from top to bottom.

The ecoline series solar collectors have a variety of absorber platters made of aluminum or simply copper materials which are black matte finishes. Absorbent plates are the most important part of the solar energy system. The absorber plate allows radiation from the sun to be transferred as a heat energy into the heater fluid in.

Superline series are produced with high ultrasonic welding technology. Black matte painted copper finned surfaces to copper carrier pipes ultrasonic welding technology.

Length Welding Machine is designed for length welding of cylindrical, conical and rectangular bent parts and flat plate sheet metal and plates. Parts between 100-3000 mm diameter can be welded on different machine types. The length welding machine, which offers the ability to make welds internally and externally, is produced from 1 meter to 4 meters long. In some special cases, the length may increase even more. Currently, workpieces with a minimum wall thickness of 0.60 mm can be welded. In submerged arc applications, the wall thickness is up to 20-25 mm. Boilers, water heaters, solar energy boilers, cooling tanks, natural gas chimneys, LPG tubes etc. Length welds of materials are made on this machine. Submerged arc, gas metal, tig etc. Welding systems work synchronously with our machine.

Models VTP-4 and VTP-5 have a built-in bottom heat exchanger for monovalent DHW systems, with VTP-5 is the ability to mount an additional upper flange exchanger. VTP-6 features two fixed heat exchangers for bivalent systems, with the lower connected to low-temperature sources (solar collectors, heat pumps) and the upper to high-temperature sources (gas, electric boilers). An inspection flange is provided for maintenance.
