Corrugated ring seals with soft material overlays, mostly made of graphite or PTFE, exhibit very high tightness combined with minimum creep (loss of bolt force). Clipping machines HR20/23 with ring closure for the assembly of wire mesh, springs for mattresses, fencing and packaging. Aluminium body, rubber grip and return of pneumatic gripper (without spring). The closure diameter of the of the ring depends on the type of material to be clipped. The clipping machine HR 20 and HR 23 are suitable for example for fences and to close bags and nets. The sealing of the clipping depends essentially on the type of material that is going to seal. On soft materials, such as on a net bag, the clip remains locked. On stiffer materials or on fences, the clip guarantees tightness but may not prevent the wire from sliding.

Elastomers are macro-molecular, organic substances with little cross-linked structure. As a result, they do not melt, are insoluble, partly subject to swelling and are elastic. Elastomers are based on rubber which is processed into various kinds of synthetic rubber, depending on the monomer. The various kinds of synchetic rubberdiffer slightlys in their properties so that they are used for different applications with regard to temperature, hardness, elasticity etc. In addition to generally common mouldings such as Orings, our delivery range also includes customized mouldedarticles, profi le cords, punched or cut seals manufactured to specifi cations or to drawings, plates or rollers.
