ORIGIN Red Wine Cabernet Sauvignon Bordeaux Château Cazeau boasts a magnificent Girondine chartreuse dating back to the 16th century. It is ideally located in Gornac, in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers, just a few kilometers east of Sauveterre de Guyenne. The estate’s vineyard spans over 300 hectares, enjoying an exceptional location on clay-limestone hillsides, peaking at an altitude of 110 meters with primarily southern exposure. With an average age of 35 years, the vines are carefully cultivated with respect for the environment. This single-varietal range aims to modernize the image of Bordeaux, offering accessible, easy-to-drink wines, presented in attractive and modern packaging that symbolizes the renewal of our region. Sauvignon I.G.T.

It is intense ruby red with violet reflections in its youth: the aromas are intense and varied, centered on fruity, floral and spicy notes with a slight vegetal hint. The taste is intense, velvety and savory, with an elegant structure with compound and fine quality tannins. The warm alcoholic note supports the softness and conveys the sensations towards a perfect taste-olfactory correspondence. The finish is persistent and closes with hints of fruit and spices.

Ruby red in color tending to garnet. Taste dry, accomplished full of character. Aged in 300 liter Slavonian barrels for an optimal time to refine its characteristic bouquet.

Floors: Limestone Gold medal by Gilbert et Gaillard Vinification: Destemmed harvest, long maceration in stainless steel vats, then matured in French oak barrels. Brilliant garnet-red colour Intense, rich nose of toast, vanilla and liquorice with hints of liquorice and ripe fruit such as prunes. On the palate, the tannins are silky and well mellow.
