Scrape down, sand and wash old paint. USE CAUTION The temperature during application and drying must be between 5 and 30°C. Do not apply to a damp substrate. Do not use mix that has begun to harden. RATE TEMPERING Around 10 to 12 l of water per 25 kg sack. Mixing is preferably to be carried out mechanically. APPLICATION Application is to be carried out using a float, a knife or a putty knife for smoothing. For a decorative finish, use a roller, brush or sponge.

GL1-N series automotive paint booth is a non-pitted paint booth offered in a standard configuration that includes exhaust fan and but excludes intake fan and heating system. It is typically used as sanding booth, primer booth and quick repair booth. Standard Configurations -Lighting system: upper lights are 8*4*18W LED light tubes, no lower lights; -A tool cabinet and an electric control panel are integrated in to the rear wall of this paint booth. Woody Putty Solution is usable as a binding agent for wood flour or sander dust that is to be free of lacquer and wax. Our product binds and adheres well after a short drying period. After drying it is very sturdy and easy to sand. Can be painted over with all suitable products.

Cross sanding unit Surface quality is optimised by the cross belt with its sanding cushions. Subsequent finish sanding with the wide sanding belt removes short fibres. Even finish sanding of painted/lacquered surfaces is possible with these uniform results. The uniform sanding pressure on edges and surfaces is possible by the use of pressure pieces, which are permanently attached to the sanding lamella.
