ASCO CO2 Transfer Pumps have steel housings and long life shaft seals. The pumps have hardened steel gears and thrust washers to give long service life. The mechanical seal fitted provides leak free operation. These economical pumps need no lubrication and no daytoday maintenance. A unique design allows parts to adjust automatically for wear. Highest efficiency is maintained for a very long time. Installation is simple as no chain or belt drives or gear reduction motors are required. Pumps can be directly connected to standard speed lowcost electric motors. By simply changing the shaft rotation, pumps can be used to pump in or out through the same piping.

Bridge thermostats are suitable for controlling the temperature of any bath. External systems can also be controlled using rotational speed controlled pressure-suction pumps with VPC technology. Models with a larger heat output are suitable for larger bath volumes. The telescopic arm can be pulled out to a length of a maximum of 884 millimetres. The new multi-touch controller Pilot ONE offers a brilliant 5.7" touchscreen with graphic functions and a comfortable navigation menu. All important operating parameters and temperature values are neatly displayed on the touchscreen. Thanks to the new favourites menu, the one-click operation and the integrated technical glossary the operation is very easy, just like on a smartphone. The preeflow precision volume dispenser eco-PEN 300, made by ViscoTec, is ideally suited for dosing tasks with low to high viscosity materials (e.g. dosing of adhesives, fluids or pastes). The proven ViscoTec endless piston principle, which is based on an progressive cavity pump, is a rotating, absolutely pressure-tight displacement system consisting of a self-sealing rotor and stator. Due to the controlled rotary movement of the rotor, delivery is generated by displacement of the medium in the stator. Pumping without changing the medium is guaranteed. As the material can also be conveyed backwards, preeflow® guarantees a clean, controlled material or medium break-off without dripping. Application: Whether dot dosing, with highest volumetric accuracy, most precise bead application with application speed adjustable to the application speed or in potting technology - preeflow means micro dosing in perfection.
