Our slides that run on roller bearings, in single-axis or multi-axis designs, are supplied in the materials grey cast iron and aluminium. The roller bearing slides run in preloaded, hardened and ground Vee-guides. This ensures a smooth, zero-play and extremely precise longitudinal movement - even under high load. Slides which must be designed with T-grooves or higher rigidity can be produced in a reinforced version.

Ferulic acid has phenolic acid structure, is a weak acid organic acid, but also with a variety of strong antioxidants (such as resveratrol, vitamin C, etc.) synergistic tyrosinase inhibitors, both can whitening antioxidant, and can prevent inflammation and multi-effect products. Ferulic acid powder, like many phenols, is an antioxidant in the sense that it is reactive toward free radicals such as reactive oxygen species (ROS). Our RO system offers a versatile production capacity from 250 to 4,000 liters per hour. It features a stainless steel high-pressure pump and a user-friendly 7" touch screen PLC interface. To ensure precision and efficiency, a digital flow meter measures production and wastewater quantities, and flow rates can be adjusted with a stainless needle valve. Pressure sensors on the touch screen monitor network and membrane input pressure, automatically stopping the system and displaying errors if preset pressure values are exceeded. Users can monitor the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) value on the touch screen. The system includes three high-quality solenoid valves controlled by the PLC microprocessor for precise management. The electric panel ensures safety and longevity with Motor Protection and phase Protection functions. The system is housed in a visually appealing stainless cabinet.

SUMMIT-XL is a highly versatile Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) capable of carrying loads of up to 65 Kg. The mobile robot can navigate autonomously or be teleoperated by means of a Pan-Tilt-Zoom camera that transmits video in real time. The platform allows two types of configurations: with mecanum wheels or with rubber wheels. The former are recommended for indoor places while the latter are appropriate for outdoor environments. This makes the robot an agile and highly mobile vehicle. The common sensor options include a Hokuyo laser scanner and a range of RTK-DGPS kits . The RB-1 BASE mobile robot is a robotic platform designed for indoor applications. It can transport different loads or materials up to 50 kg of payload and can integrate other components or platforms, such as a robotic arm or a torso. The robot is able to detect obstacles in two different ways, by the installed RGBD sensor and by the laser sensor used for navigation and positioning. In both cases, the robot can stop or find an alternative route to avoid the obstacle and reach the next waypoint. The software includes a control system, a laser-based tracking system, a navigation system and a (basic) HMI user interface. The tracking and navigation components are standard packages that are configured to suit the application. The low-level control system software is supplied with the platform. As all Robotnik robots, the RB-1 BASE is fully customisable and based on native ROS.

SUMMIT-XL STEEL is a robotic platform for application development (logistics, indoor transport, etc.). It has a robust design and can carry up to 250 kg payload. The mobile platform has omnidirectional kinematics based on 4 high-power mechanum drive wheels. Each wheel integrates a brushless motor with a high precision odometer sensor. The robot base can navigate autonomously or teleoperated by means of a PTZ camera that transmits video in real time. SUMMIT-XL STEEL can be configured with a wide range of sensors. The embedded software consists of a control system, a localization system (laser-based) and a navigation system, as well as an HMI user interface. All Robotnik robots are fully customizable and based on ROS.

The RB-ROBOUT mobile robot is the solution for transporting heavy loads up to 1 tonne in weight, in indoor industrial environments such as factories or warehouses. Its ergonomic, low height and compact mouse-like design makes the RB-ROBOUT the ideal mobile robot for transporting both material trolleys and loads directly on the platform. It has a robust steel design and the dolly has omnidirectional kinematics based on 4 high power drive wheels.
