High-speed thread cutting with reversing kinematics The new EWS Tapmatic thread cutting head for driven tools enables thread cutting processes without having to reverse the direction of rotation thanks to its reversing kinematics. This saves time and energy and protects the motor – all this with a defined depth of thread. The units are available for M3-M12 threads.

Body and jaw holder hardened and ground. Note for ordering: Supplied with hexagon crank handle. Order jaw plates separately. Note: Mechanically operated centric vice. Suitable for automation: prepared with gripper slot for handling systems. Flexible mounting: suitable for zero-point systems, mounting on machine tables or on custom systems via a baseplate. Centring precision: +/- 0.02 mm. The use of a torque wrench is recommended to achieve a controlled clamping force. 333 AUT – Single needle lockstitch machine, automatic lubrication, reversible drop feed, electric thread trimmer, electric back tack ( Presser foot lift is an option). The machine is equipped with built in synchroniser. 333 LH-AUT – Same as above, however equipped with large hook.
