The Pritzwalk gear factory produces gears and toothed shafts. Experience since 1969 with location in Brandenburg. We manufacture planetary gears, sun shafts and other geared items on request. Our well-known customers come from the following sectors: railway, wind power, crane manufacture, industrial gears, mining and special machine construction as well as power generation. As one of the largest independent contract manufacturers in Germany, ZWP manufactures extensive gearing articles. Our customers include renowned and well-known companies. References available on request. We manufacture according to customer drawings and have our own hardening shop. This saves time and money in production. There is also cooperation for other hardening processes such as gas nitriding or single-tooth induction hardening with experts in their field or with colleagues. The Aeroleaf ® is a patented micro wind turbine composed of a double blade with a vertical axis in a shape of a leaf and a synchronous microgenerator with permanent magnets. Driven in rotation by the blade, without belts or gears, the magnets pass in front of the coils and thus generate an alternating current. This is immediately rectified in direct current to be able to sum the currents. The Aeroleaf have an aerodynamic profile optimized to exploit the weakest winds (from 2.5 m/s of wind) as well as the strongest (up to 43 m/s continuously, 50 m/s in gusts).

The CTT-EC-HV406L energy storage system has a wide range of applications, including but not limited to renewable energy integration, grid assistance services, commercial and industrial applications, and emergency response scenarios. In solar or wind farms, it can balance energy production with demand and improve the utilization of renewable energy.
