BS 8060 LINE SEMIAUTOMATIC ANGULAR PACKAGING MACHINES Large angular packaging machines with manual or automatic closing of the sealing bar and motorized carpet for product discharge. CONEC offers a comprehensive range of M8x2 and M12x1 sockets for reflow soldering processes. Insulation bodies and female/male sockets are available in different positions and different codings for front panel mounting. The male sockets come with gold-plated contacts, guaranteeing minimum 100 mating cycles. Options are installation heights of 6 mm, 10 mm, 9 mm and 13 mm and versions with or without shielding. The sockets are available as individual parts for manual mounting or as tape & reel packaging for automatic mounting.

The reels of printed and laminated material are custom cut for the client’s reels for use in their packaging machines. Perforation possibilities. The reels are saves in the finished product warehouse.

4A Sterilization Reels provide sterile storage in packages and keep package sterile for 6 months and do not permit microorganisms to enter inside the package after sterilization cycle. The process indicators that are printed on the side of the Sterilization Reels are water based and conforms with ISO 11140. 4A Sterilization Reels are used for steam, ethylene oxide, formaldehyde sterilization methods. The sterilization conditions should be determined by the end user regarding to material to be sterilized. 4A Sterilization Reels meet ISO 11607 standards and they are manifactured using state-of-art technology with the highest quality. 4A Sterilization Flat Reels can be produced from medical paper as 60gr/m2 veya 70gr /m2 and 52 micron, PP+PET green film. Any dimension between 5cm – 60cm can be made on request. On request, 100 m lenght can be produced as well. Products can be produced with your trademark.
