Hyperion galvanizing rectifiers can be used in anodizing plating process which provides strength to aluminum having a wide range of usage area. Hyperion model is manufactured as fully automatic controlled and can easily be integrated into the automation infrastructure existing in the plant. Air, water or oil cooling can be selected according to working environment. Printing and coating cylinders in galvanic plating process are coated with hard or soft copper before engraving. After engraving, all cylinders receive a chrome layer. To achieve the same chrome quality not only in the base of the small bowl but on the ridges as well, we use the high-tech pulse rectifier method.
