The ultrasonic riveting makes possible an interlocking bonding of two thermoplastics or of thermoplastics with dissimilar materials, e. g. thermoset materials or metals. In this process the sonotrode serves as a re-forming tool. It determines the forming of the riveting pin. During the holding time (cooling phase) the sonotrode serves also as fixation stamp, thus the melted material cools down under pressure.

Pentra-Melt™ is an industrial-strength ice melt formula with a very low freeze point -80ºF (-62ºC). Many ice melts work well down to freezing, but below that their effectiveness diminishes and ice can quickly re-form. Pentra-Melt™ penetrates ice on contact, making it separate from the substrate and allowing for easier removal. This low freezing point also means a single application can last from 48- 72 hours as the formulation resists dilution and refreezing. Pentra-Melt™ is easy to handle, requires no agitation and is safe for concrete and the environment.

TYP A 040 Solder lug insertion device Description The solder lug insertion device Type A 040 is designed to insert pre- stored solder lugs into p. c. boards. The components are supplied automatically to the device, and will be pressed into the p. c. board by an air cylinder. Therefore, the p. c. board has to be held to the setting position manually, and a tracer finger then triggers the setting process. The inserting device will handle all usual in the trade solder lugs, which are lined up on wire or adhesive tape. Replacing the insertion head and the bin makes it possible, to process solder tags with different dimensions and forms. The re- tooling is easy, and takes only a few minutes. Components
