These bearings are full complement type bearings incorporating double rows of full complement cylindrical rollers in the outer ring. They can withstand large radial loads. Additionally, the outer ring is guided by the outer ring shoulder and the end face of the cylindrical rollers to the axial direction.

Compact Rail is a linear system consisting of steel linear rails with induction hardened raceways and high precision radial ball bearing sliders, also made of hardened steel. Thanks to their self-aligning capabilities, Compact Rail linear guides simplify the project, improve the performance and reduce the overall cost of application. Compact Rail linear guides are easy to install on all types of surfaces, including non-machined ones. Compact Rail linear guides feature a robust steel slider with ball bearings, self-centering heads with wipers, longitudinal seals to protect the internal components and a top sealing strip. Although single row radial bearings are designed primarily to support a radial load, they perform relatively well under thrust or combined radial and thrust load with the added advantage of low noise, vibration, and drag torque. The internal architecture and cage selection can be designed to meet the specific needs of the application, from high speed to high load. Thin section deep groove ball bearings have a small radial cross-sectional thickness that are used when compactness is required. We manufacture deep groove ball bearings with a minimum bore diameter of 3 mm to a maximum outer diameter of 47 mm.

Double-row angular contact ball bearings are used in applications when heavy radial, thrust or combined loads demand axial rigidity of the shaft are required. This is similar to a duplex pair of single- row bearings due to its two rows of balls and angular-contact construction, which provide greater axial and radial rigidity than can be obtained by using a single-row radial bearing. IKO Combined Type Needle Roller Bearings are combinations of a radial bearing and a thrust bearing. Caged Needle Roller Bearings are used as radial bearings and thrust ball bearings or thrust roller bearings are used as thrust bearings. They are compact and very economical, and can be subjected to radial loads and axial loads simultaneously. They are widely used for machine tools, textile machinery, and industrial machinery.

Radial fans are an indispensable part of most operational processes in ventilation systems. In cases where extremely large volumes need to be moved or transported, or where a critical impeller mass is exceeded, radial fans with bearings at both sides are an ideal choice. This type of equipment is available in single-flow and double-flow versions. However, the robust design of Scheuch COMPONENTS radial fans makes it possible to achieve large volumetric flows even with unilateral bearings (i.e. single-flow systems). Bearings can be provided on both sides if requested by the customer, and this configuration is implemented as standard above a critical impeller mass. With their flow-optimized suction pockets, double-flow radial fans make it possible to create efficient designs for transporting and diverting conveyed media – even when space is tight. The bearings are separable. This means the bearing parts can be fitted independently of each other. The main dimensions of the axial ball bearing conform to ISO 104 and DIN 711. Dimensional and running tolerances correspond to tolerance class PN acc. to DIN 620. These tolerance classes are standard and are well suited for most applications.

The use of high-precision radial groove ball bearings is especially recommended when axial forces are supported in two directions, but the installation space makes the use of a spindle bearing pair impossible; plus when the best-possible guide for rotating components is needed, but the RPM requirements are less important. Depending upon the load capability and the installation space available, GMN provides deep groove ball bearings in sizes 60 and 62 as per DIN 625. The MBS standard cylinder series is characterized by a variable and stroke-independent welded construction. Due to the uniform force transitions between the different sizes and the different connection situations, they are often used in the areas of mobile and stationary hydraulics. Cylinder connection is via welded rod ends and bolted radial bearings. Connections with threaded holes for pipe fittings according to BSPP ISO 1179-2 are planned. With the exception of the piston rod, all surfaces are protected against corrosion with a black primer. On request alternative surface treatments are possible. The surface of the piston rod is hard chromed, ground and polished. The cylinders are suitable for hydraulic fluids of types H, HL and HLP according to DIN 51524/51525. The barrel coupling consists of a sleeve provided with semicircular toothing around its internal diameter and a hub that is externally toothed in a similar way. Are you operating an application requiring a bearing arrangement with high load carrying capacity with low-noise operation? Our durable four-point bearings are the perfect solution for this scenario and can support high axial loads as well as radial forces (relatively lower) in both directions. Four-point bearings are similar in structure to double-row angular contact ball bearings, but are much narrower in the axial direction due to a single raceway. The circular arc-shaped raceways in the inner and outer ring have opposite centres of curvature so that the balls contact the races at four points under radial load. If there is a predominantly radial load, four-point bearings should be avoided due to the higher friction in four-point contact. In assembly, one of the two races, often the inner race, is split to insert the balls. Since four-point contact bearings are often installed radially exposed, the outer rings can optionally be equipped with retaining grooves to prevent rotation.

KIS needle roller bearings are ideal for applications that require space-saving rolling bearings with high load carrying capacity. We offer needle roller bearings in both radial and axial designs as well as in combined designs. In bearing technology, cylindrical rolling elements are referred to as needles if the rolling element diameter is ≦ 6 mm and the ratio of rolling element diameter to rolling element length gives a value Dw/lw ＜ 1:3. Radial needle roller bearings are intended exclusively for use as non-locating bearings. The given axial displacement path for bearings with an inner ring allows axial movements between the shaft and the housing.
