Professional, accurate and aesthetically pleasing flocking of different types of materials, size and colors, on surface of your choosing. Flocking is the application of small pieces of fibers (the so-called flakes), with the help of the electrostatic surface on which we have previously applied special glue. All of the contents are water based and pose no threat to the environment. The end product is a soft protective coat, pleasant to touch, that comes in a color of your choice and if exposed to higher temperatures the coating protects the user from harm (for example it protects against burns, from coming in contact with hot metal). Advantages: - the final product is protected and feels soft to touch, - flakes can be applied to most materials, we mainly flock metal parts that come in different shapes and sizes, - flakes come in different colors.

Knight Optical provide a wide range of optical components present in a spectrometers, specifically mirrors and prisms with a UV Aluminium coating to enable the detection of UV wavelengths from 180nm. UV wavelengths can be hard to detect without the use of this coating and can make results inaccurate. Knight Optical UV Aluminium coating allows wavelengths between 180-650nm to reflection at an average of of 85% which is not achieved with Enhanced Aluminium which cuts on at 400nm and primarily for the visible region and above. The coating can be applied to Prisms and Mirrors, either from stock or custom. Knight Optical provide Hydrophobic Coatings to wide range of protective windows made from materials such as BK7 or equivalent, UV Fused Silica or Borosilicate. Benefits for hydrophobic are that is: Optically Clear Easy-to-Clean Fingerprint and Smudge resistant The properties of the optical component itself remain unaltered meaning it does to hinder its current application or require a redesign. IDS 30 OIL HEATER FANMobile heating power on wheels: The IDS 20 D direct heaters for fast, uncomplicated heating With robust design, the oil heater IDS 30 has everything you need for an economic and effective heating application. This device from the IDS pro series is very flexible. On the one hand, its carriage with big wheels enables a quick transport and easy set-up even on building sites and uneven terrain. On the other hand, there is no need for an external oil tank because of the integrated fuel container. The oil heater fan is originally "Made in Europe" and as standard equipped with electronic flame trap, safety thermostat for overheating protection and fully automatic after-cooling. Additionally, the double-walled housing with protective coating increases safety at work by minimizing the surface temperature of the outer casing and thus the risk of injuries and further offers an effective soundproofing.

Fixed protective sleeve with movable fixed coating The new patentprotected secumove coating combines the advantages of a protective sleeve and a sleeve with a fixed coating. The protective secutex coating is firmly attached to a loop of the lifting strap. The other end of the lifting strap slides freely through the sleeve and is used to equalise the lengths. secumove thereby ensures that there is no movement over “sharp edges”. No movement, no wear when nothing moves, nothing becomes worn. The service life of the newlydeveloped secumove coating is therefore significantly increased, even when used with rough loads. secumove is optionally also available with proven metal plate reinforcement for “critically sharp edges“. For these heavy duty loads, we recommend specialist onsite advice. Important uses include, for example, the careful lifting of loadbearing trusses or sheet packages and coils. secumove is not suitable for turning.

secutex coated lifting straps gently adapt to the „sharp edges“ of the load. The extreme structural resistance of the secutex material safely prevents any cutting of the load lifting accessory. For very „sharp edges“ the coated lifting strap is preferable since it reliably prevents movement over the edge. We offer two different types of fixed coating. The secutex fixed coating protects the single sided secutex coating against cuts to the loadbearing textile.The reverse side is protected against abrasion and dirt by the Powerflex thin coating. The lifting straps with secutex fixed coatings are very flexible and easytouse. The twosided fixed coating provides allround protection to the lifting strap, offering double security. This means that both sides can be used as contact sides. Dangerous mixups are now a thing of the past.
