The conveyor provides the product transfer to the machine located downstream. The distributor evenly and continuously transfers your products to several machines downstream. Several outlets and fully adjustable deflector flaps guarantee ideal distribution of your products between the various outlets. Can be adapted and customised according to your needs and capacities (length, width, number of outputs).

The Air Channel is used for cleaning wheat, barley, legumes and soybeans. The machine removes all kinds of light materials different from cereal grains in terms of aerodynamic properties: garbage, straw and spike fractures, various seeds, peeled shell and dust from the product by means of air flow. While the grain products are distributed homogeneously in the width of the Air Channel with the feeding table of the machine or a vibrating feeder, the light particles in it are conveyed to the upper outlet channel with the air flow coming from the bottom, and the cleaned product falls down and transferred into the system. ◾ The lighting created by the window enables the separation to be seen clearly and thus all kinds of air adjustments can be made. ◾ Manufactured in two types, this machine with vibro motor is usually used with a Peeler machine, the non-motorized one is used with a Garbage Purifier machine.

It enables the broken and crushed product in the rollers to be transported to the sieve and other machines. It absorbs the broken or crushed product through steel pipes and distributes it to cyclones and ecluses. Consists of outer body and fan part. The outer body has a snail structure. The internal fan is designed with paddles according to capacity. It is mounted coupled to the engine located on the outer body. The fan inside the body rotates at high speed and provides air suction and pressure. Since the fan is specially balanced, it does not cause vibration or noise. In addition, since the outer body is placed on the main chassis on special rubber wedges, it does not cause vibration on the chassis.

Garbage separator machine is used to separate foreign grain products such as garbage and straw in wheat. The garbage purifier consists of two parts. Upper sieve part: It separates the large foreign substances in the wheat and throws them out. Lower sieve part: It eliminates small foreign substances from the wheat that pass through the upper sieve part and fall on it. Both screen wires can be easily removed and installed by hand. Wheat entering the machine from the product entrance is distributed smoothly and homogeneously on the sieve thanks to the vibromotor mounted on the center of gravity of the machine. The feeding box is oscillated with the body working by vibration on rubber wedges. With an adjustable flap, it ensures that the wheat is distributed across the entire sieve surface.

The STRATE AWALIFT 80 is the system preferred for draining single- and two-family homes where the drainpipe is below the backwater level (acc. to DIN 1986-100) and the houses cannot be drained using natural gradient. DIN EN 12056-4 specifies the backwater level here as being the road surface of the connection point to the public sewage system. The AWALIFT 80 was specially developed as a small system for building services engineering (max. 12 residents). This means that for the first time, demanding users now have a sewage pumping station available in patented and tried-and-trusted separator technology, which employs polymer components throughout. And the separator system effectively prevents pump blockage. Positive displacement blowers and single-stage screw compressors start up directly or following a star delta circuit if no gentle start or no frequency converter control are available. The unit is subjected to heavy mechanical load and requires high start-up current. For this reason, counterpressure must be reduced during the start-up phase; this is achieved by blowing off the increasing volume flow. The fully automatic medium-controlled STRATE relief valve EVA has been specially designed for this procedure.
