The WCE150 is designed to produce RFID inlays for ID documents in the ID-1 and ID-3 format. Based on a single-station concept with manual load and unload, it is a convenient solution for laboratory usage to produce prototypes or low-volume jobs with up to 40 inlay sheets/hour. The machine can also be used solely for antenna embedding with unrivalled speed, highest accuracy, and unbeaten quality of antennas that it produces. Chip module punching and placement, antenna laying by ultrasonic wire embedding technology, and thermo-compression welding or soldering are the main features to be combined for a customised solution. The operator will feed and take out the inlay sheet manually. The sheet will be fixed on the table by vacuum. This guarantees a safe and clean processing. Clean the air directly when vacuuming! With the DELPHIN you can solve all typical vacuum cleaner problems. Every vacuum cleaner has to live with the compromise between suction power and retention capacity and the filters clog with sucked-in dust, which gradually reduces the suction power. With the DELPHIN, the polluted air is led into the water right at the beginning, whereby dust and pollutants are bound directly in the water. The click lamella creates an intense water vortex and is also a further cleaning stage. This system works so efficiently that it even binds fine dust and coronaviruses safely in the water. The water is simply thrown away after use. Due to the special construction of the DELPHIN DP S8, absolutely without filters, foams or sound insulation mats, the self-drying function can ensure a long service life. You can place the DELPHIN in the room as an air purification device. Or you can use the DELPHIN to clean floors and furniture.

In industrial parts cleaning, wet media are used in 70 to 90 % of all cleaning processes. Wet media include aqueous solutions – similar to detergents we use to wash our dishes or laundry – as well as nonaqueous solvents. For each cleaning task, project engineers must choose the best wet medium, taking into account ecological and economic considerations. Workpieces and parts are produced in finetuned production processes that often require the use of special consumables and process chemicals. Parts are generally made from specific materials, and their contamination after machining is determined by the processes they have undergone. When assessing the environmental impact of cleaning media, one sometimes comes to surprising conclusions. First of all, the energy input and use of resources must be assessed.

Extensive practical experience and close cooperation with customers and planners show us that less and less space is available for cleaning. In response to this fact we have designed the WD 390 PH with space-saving, shorter cleaning and drying cabins and shorter machine infeed and discharge distances. The WD 390 PH with its cleaning and drying cabins enables short washing cycles and at the same time a higher throughput of washed goods. The Modular Concept The WD 390 PH is equipped with five compact cabins that perform various functions such as cleaning, rinsing and drying in short wash cycles, enabling efficient cleaning and high throughput. In addition, the WD 390 PH offers access for maintenance and service from only one long side, as all units are arranged for easy servicing.
