HERMA laser films have been developed especially for black/white and colour laser printers. With suitable colours, the surface yields good printing results with all standard printing methods. For some products advanced digital printing technologies can be used instead of offset technology resulting in significant cost savings. This is particularly applicable for products with standard dimensions printed in low volumes. Another important field of digital printing is printing with personalization/customisation. Using digital technology we can print on loose sheets, on paper rolls, on thermal paper, carbonless paper, and even on wood and other materials. When making round tins, we first print and varnish the metal sheet, which we then punch out and deep-draw. Round tins have a slip lid, which can simply be pulled off, unscrewed or opened by pressing it. Lids are available with a rolling or flat edge. Our specialty round tins include Klipp-Klapp® tins, squeeze top tins, and snap top tins.

Offset printing is intended for medium and large runs.
