The MPX pressure calibrator is a high-precision calibration instrument for pressures between -0,85 bar and 25 bar (after taring to ambient pressure). The functional calibrator is supplied in a sturdy carrying case and pressure can be quickly generated manually. It is therefore ideal for use in the field. The pressure is measured by the integrated LEX1 manometer and is both shown on the display and output via the RS485 interface. Additional functions such as zero point resetting, peak and trough pressure value indication and leak measurement make it even easier to take measurements.

To ensure that an instrument provides accurate measurements, regular calibrations are necessary. Calibration means to operate a target-performance comparision using a measuring instrument and a traceable reference. Calibration of instruments is essential in every area where sensitive measurement technology is used, e.g. in the manufacturing of sensors. It is the only way to guarantee quality standards and prevent defects arising in processes and products from the outset. For companies wanting to attain ISO 9001 certification, regular calibration of testing equipment is a requirement. halstrup-walcher has been accredited by the German calibration service DKD and Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH (DAkkS) as a calibration laboratory in accordance with DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025 since 1999 – among other things for calibration of pressure measurements.

The portable, battery-operated KAL 84 calibration system combines a pressure transmitter and pressure gauge. These can be used to test and calibrate pressure sensors and other pressure gauges for low pressures both quickly and easily. A high degree of accuracy and excellent reproducibility of results combined with a robust design give the system all the functionalities required for laboratory and service applications. Calibration in mmHg (optional) makes the system ideal for applications in accordance with the regulations for users of medical products, e.g. blood pressure monitors and infusion/suction pumps.

The KAL 100 / 200 calibration device combines a pressure transmitter and pressure gauge. These can be used to test and calibrate pressure sensors and other pressure gauges for low pressures both quickly and easily. The desired pressure is indicated on the digital display and pressure is generated quickly and precisely through the use of a closed loop, thereby eliminating the need for an external pressure generator.

The HPX high-pressure calibrator is a high-precision calibration instrument for pressures between 0 bar and 700 bar. The functional calibrator is supplied in a sturdy carrying case and pressure can be quickly generated manually. It is therefore ideal for use in the field. The pressure is measured by the integrated LEX1 manometer and is both shown on the display and output via the RS485 interface. The LPX low-pressure calibrator is a high-precision calibration instrument for pressures between -0,85 bar and 10 bar (after taring to ambient pressure). The functional calibrator is supplied in a sturdy carrying case and pressure can be quickly generated manually. It is therefore ideal for use in the field. The pressure is measured by the integrated LEX1 manometer and output both on the display and via the RS485 interface. Additional functions such as zero point resetting, peak and trough pressure value indication and leak measurement make it even easier to take measurements.

This pneumatic hand pump can generate negative pressure/vacuum and pressures of up to 25 bar. Thanks to the integrated fine adjustment valve, any calibration pressure can be configured precisely and rapidly, making the pump ideally suited to testing measuring equipment. An additional manometer (not supplied) is needed for reference measurement of the configured pressure. KELLER recommends manometers in the LEX1 series with a suitable pressure range.

The 9206 USB sensor interface series is ideally suited to Notebook-based mobile use for high-precision, traceable calibration jobs that must be performed on-site for equipment such as presses, torque measurement facilities and pressure control systems. A factory calibration certificate or German-accredited DAkkS calibration certificate can optionally be provided for the USB interface plus relevant sensors, ensuring compliance even with the stringent traceability requirements of quality assurance standards. The OPTIBAR DP 7060 is a differential pressure transmitter with integrated absolute pressure measurement. The humidity generators of the HGC series enable the automatic control of relative humidity in the range of 5 % to 90 % in small and medium-sized closed measuring chambers. The humidity generators can be connected to the measuring chambers of many DataPhysics Instruments systems. They can also be combined with laboratory measuring instruments of other manufacturers. The HGC 30 can generate humidity not only by utilising ambient air and the built-in heatable water container, but also via an external gas supply with compressed air, nitrogen, and argon. Variable flow rates between 70 and 3500 ml per minute are possible. The integrated pressure regulator is specially calibrated for nitrogen and argon.

This differential pressure transmitter in a control panel housing is suitable for use as a 2- or 3-point controller thanks to its two integrated limit contacts. These permit the realisation, e.g. of ventilation controls, at low cost and without the need for additional electronics. Both the threshold values and the hysteresis for the controller are easy to set via the front keyboard. The display provides readings of measurement values directly on-site in Pa, kPa, inchH2O or mmH2O as well as information about the output states of the limit contacts. An adjustable time constant (up to 10 s) allows the instrument to generate an attenuated output signal, even under fluctuating pressure conditions. GNOM DP position sensor is designed for measuring axle and cargo load on vehicles with leaf spring suspension. GNOM DP integrates in a fleet monitoring system and transmits data as an analog signal. The tracking device converts this signal in load mass value according to the calibration table. The flow tester CETATEST 915 is used for flow testing with compressed air. It includes a measuring system consisting of laminar flow element (LFE) and differential pressure sensor In the direct test method the air, provided by the internal pressure regulator, flows through the measuring section before it enters the test part.In the indirect method, the measuring section is located in the outlet flow of the test part. Due to the special design of the measuring section a laminar ow is generated. The resulting pressure difference is directly proportional to the volume flow. With the optional electronic pressure regulator and four calibrations for up to four test pressures the application range is substantially expanded.
