Our plant is fully automated and employs industry leading pre-treatment process OXSILAN®. OXSILAN® is a new metal pre-treatment technology that is free from hazardous chemicals and provides superior corrosion resistance for a wide range of metal substrates. OXSILAN® replaces traditional iron and zinc phosphate products. The products provide a superior ecological profile. OXSILAN® is suitable for metal surface treatment, e.g. cold rolled steel, aluminium, zinc coated steels, as well as multi-metal applications.

MBM Metalwork Ltd offers different services and full package. After metalworking processes such as laser cutting and stamping, we give the opportunity to internally coat the details.

The company possess with two lines for powder coating, in which can be manufacture products with maximum dimensions 1000x2000x600 mm. We also make a wet painting.

The main part of the powder coating lines that we have produced is powder coating booths. Powder coating booths are used to apply powder coating on the material under the most ideal conditions after the surface cleaning process and to prevent the paint particles that cannot hold onto the work piece from being escaped to the environment. Electrostatically charged dye particles adhere to the surface with maximum efficiency and homogeneous spread. The system is preferred because; non-adherent powder is reusable with the recycling system in the booths. One of the main finishing processes in the manufacturing of products from sheet and profile material is the electrostatic polymer powder coating. The powder coating offered by FoxLaser provides opportunities for painting within the colors of the entire range of RAL and NCS, with their additional effects: gloss, matte, large and fine structure, metallic and others. FoxLaser owns two automated production lines for applying polymer powder coatings. Both of them utilize a five-stage chemical preparation of the parts that guarantees anti-corrosion of at least 504 hours of salt test – and that is without applying zinc primer.
