Removes and sorts small pieces of long shaped products of the green bean, carrot, salsify, etc. type. The storage area of the drum holder can be adjusted for height and provides a place for setting down the filling container directly under the discharge of drum pumps. This prevents the danger of the liquid splashing while being poured from a high height – for example if the filling container is standing on the floor. The user also has both hands free while dispensing and is able to remove larger quantities conveniently. A scale with container can also be placed on the storage area so the liquid that is being dispensed can be measured accurately. The holder can be used for Bürkle pumps with discharge tube or discharge hose. Discharge hoses can easily be inserted into the foldaway fastening. Can be used for plastic or stainless steel drums.

The filling support makes it easy to dispense liquids and correctly dose from Bürkle's 10-litre compact jerrycan. The compact jerrycan sits on the inlets in the holder and is fixed in place with a tightener. That makes it impossible for the container to slip out. The jerrycan can be reliably guided with the swivelling holder and the liquid medium can be dispensed and transferred without expending any great effort. The jerrycan can be stored on the dispensing stand or it can be exchanged quickly and easily with a tightener. The filling support can be used wherever the compact jerrycan is used, for example in laboratories, in industry or in food applications.

Clamp for drums to install on the forks of the forklift. The clamp consists of a sturdy steel frame and fork mounted on a forklift. Operation: The connection and disconnection of the drum is automatic and the operator should not fall from the cart, simply push the caliper to the frame, apply light pressure and lift. The clamping device is extremely safe because it is constituted by a double hook, the release is done automatically by placing the drum to the floor. The trolley is suitable for lifting full drums, it is possible lifting the empty drums by pressing it over a pressure to hook the trolley. In the case of empty drums, a second operator must manually apply a pressure on the drum to enable the hooks to be activated.

Our drum heaters can be used individually and in combination and can be ordered and delivered online (shop.freek.de) for all standard drum sizes (25 / 50 / 105 / 200 litres). Of course, we also manufacture our heating jackets, heating sleeves, base heaters and insulating bonnets individually to fit your container and your special application. FPHK 285-C - DRUMS TILTER FOR FORKLIFTERS The FPHK 285-C tilter has a fork-mounted structure and is suitable for lifting and emptying metal drums from lt. 200 with diameter mm. 580-600. The device is complete with a band for locking the drum, a frontal safety rod and an angular transmission with a handwheel for rotation. The tilter can also lift plastic drums with edges but only of the type that can be seen in the picture.

The HISDpro - Side Drum Heater is a simple yet effective silicone insulated drum heater for the heating of barrels up to 90°C. The Silicone heating jacket is available in four standard sizes (25 / 50 / 105 / 200 liters) and can be manufactured to customer specifications as well. HISDpro heater jackets are particularly suited to melt soaps, fats, varnishes and oil-based products, or respectively reduce their viscosity. The 200-liter element can be combined with the HBD - base drum heater to reduce the heat-up time. These heater jackets are not only used on drums but also containers and any kind of glass-fibre reinforced plastics. They can be produced with any number of belts, e.g. to enable them to be clamped on to rotor blades.

The HSHP – Drum Heater (220 °C) is suitable for steel drums (and with restrictions also for plastic drums). The outer material is a Teflon which is released for contact with food. The material possesses high levels of chemical and acid resistance. However, products such as waxes, soaps and materials with high water content can be heated excellently as well. The drum heating jacket is lightweight, robust and free of silicone. The excellent thermal transfer properties due to the perfect fit result in homogenous temperatures. Our silicone-free high-temperature drum heater is available in the standard size of 200 liters but can also be made to customer specification.

HYDRAULIC DRUMS TILTER MOD. DA-FP 45 for metal or plastic drums. The new drums-tilter mod. DA-FP 45 is equipped with hook and safety band and is suitable for lifting, transporting, emptying both 210 liter metal and plastic drums. Equipped with hydraulic system with pedal or rudder drive, push handles, angular transmission with practical handwheel for drum rotation, hook and safety band to lock the drum, nylon wheels with high smoothness and brake. The lifter can also be used as a stacker for stacking or for positioning the drums on shelves with a maximum height of 1500 mm. The clamp is made of a sturdy steel frame and fork mounted with a forklift, the locking is ensured by two screws and a chain with safety catch that prevents the clamp from sliding off the forks. The coupling and release system of the drum is automatic and the operator must not get off the forklift. It is sufficient to bring the clamp close to the drum and lift. Closing of the clamp is favored by the weight of the drum; to unhook it, simply place the drum on the floor. The clamp cannot be used to handle empty drums.
