The filling support makes it easy to dispense liquids and correctly dose from Bürkle's 10-litre compact jerrycan. The compact jerrycan sits on the inlets in the holder and is fixed in place with a tightener. That makes it impossible for the container to slip out. The jerrycan can be reliably guided with the swivelling holder and the liquid medium can be dispensed and transferred without expending any great effort. The jerrycan can be stored on the dispensing stand or it can be exchanged quickly and easily with a tightener. The filling support can be used wherever the compact jerrycan is used, for example in laboratories, in industry or in food applications.

The storage area of the drum holder can be adjusted for height and provides a place for setting down the filling container directly under the discharge of drum pumps. This prevents the danger of the liquid splashing while being poured from a high height – for example if the filling container is standing on the floor. The user also has both hands free while dispensing and is able to remove larger quantities conveniently. A scale with container can also be placed on the storage area so the liquid that is being dispensed can be measured accurately. The holder can be used for Bürkle pumps with discharge tube or discharge hose. Discharge hoses can easily be inserted into the foldaway fastening. Can be used for plastic or stainless steel drums.

The HSHP – Drum Heater (220 °C) is suitable for steel drums (and with restrictions also for plastic drums). The outer material is a Teflon which is released for contact with food. The material possesses high levels of chemical and acid resistance. However, products such as waxes, soaps and materials with high water content can be heated excellently as well. The drum heating jacket is lightweight, robust and free of silicone. The excellent thermal transfer properties due to the perfect fit result in homogenous temperatures. The mold comprises two main parts: the injection mold (A plate) and the ejector mold (B plate), which are also known as moulder and mouldmaker. The sprue bushing seals tightly against the nozzle of the injection barrel of the molding machine, allowing molten plastic to flow from the barrel into the mold, known as the cavity. The sprue bushing guides the molten plastic into the cavity impressions through channels on the A and B plates. These channels, called runners, enable the plastic to flow along them.
