Pla biodegradable film - Import export

PLA film can be laminated with paper tray and replace envelope window and other food packaging. This material is made through burial or compost and able to decompose into water and carbondioxide completely. It does not have any pollute and do not have any bad impact on the environment. Biodegradable Compostable is the new and high polymer material which is made by extract of plant (monomer material) processed with chemical synthesis; it contains non-toxic & non-irritating as its characteristics and can be buried for land. The material is made by the natural plant and can be efficient for reducing carbon emission & use of fossil fuel. It's the most promising high polymer.

PLA is a transparent, biodegradable banding film made of polylactide. PLA is one of the bioplastics. It is produced from renewable raw materials and is compostable according to DIN EN 13432.

Applicability: Intended for the packaging of potatoes, onions, fruits that require ventilation. Production: Manufactured 100% automated from sustainable raw materials. Personalization: highest level of quality in up to 10 colors and/or polychromes, including the special ones: gold, metallic silver with ecological water-based ink. Print resolution can easily reach 300 dpi. Options: product viewing window with a customized shape, can be sealed with Biodegradable PLA film to allow the packaging of products that require a controlled atmosphere, eg biscuits. They can also have handles for easy transport. Material: special waterproof paper with ventilation slots. White or natural kraft paper, various thicknesses (80-120 GSM), certified FSC, EarthCare, ISO9001, ISO14001. The most commonly sizes: 230 x 100 x 300 mm, 230 x 100 x 440 and 260 x 160 x 550 mm. We are pleased to announce our new Biodegradable Polypropylene film for applications including HFFS, VFFS and Overwrapping, and we will be one of the few companies offering this exciting new film. Our polypropylene film (HSF5112B) will decompose into a waxy like substance breaking down into CO2, water and biomass in outdoor terrestrial environments (including landfill) within a maximum of two years or sooner (subject to conditions). Using additives from Polymateria in the extrusion process enables the chain-breakdown of the base material whilst maintaining recyclability and product performance.
