We can produce light pallets but also pallets for much heavier goods (f.e. 3-4T). We can produce special pallets of different sizesof your demand (up to 4m long). Pallets on blocks (4-way entry pallets) or pallets on beams(2-way entry pallets). We can make pallets with a slot, pallets with OSB plates, boxes, pallets for windows, glasses etc.

Edgeboards made to order, in L shape or U shape. Personalised in lenght, strenght, thickness and prints. Also a wide range of basic or anonymous edgeboards available in white or brown kraft exterior. Our edgeboards can also be plastified and/or manufactured with self-adhesive (strong or mild).

Our company produces blanks for pallets, both deciduous (birch, alder, aspen) and coniferous (spruce, pine) wood species, using modern imported equipment that ensures strict dimensions and high quality of our products that meet the requirements and standards of GOST, as well as any non-standard sizes according to the specification of our clients. Blanks for pallets produced in our company is used by both clients in the Russian Federation and neighboring countries for the manufacture of pallets according to the standards of GOST 9078-84 and GOST 9557-87, as well as non-standard pallets.

Semi-automatic machine for production of corrugated boxes, trays, partitions and cut-out parts with the option of additional die-cut (e.g. for handholes) and flexo print (e.g. for company or RESY logo) can also simply cut and crease a cardboard both crosswise and lengthwise. The production of basic slotted boards (especially series FEFCO 02xx, FEFCO 03xx, etc…) is possible from single-wall and double-wall corrugated boards. Under certain circumstances, it is also possible to process tri-wall.
