Our original control systems for technological processes are based on PLC controllers. In the installations designed and manufactured by us, we mainly use subassemblies from market-leading brands such as SIEMENS, Allen-Bradley or EATON. We can implement any controller offered by the manufacturers mentioned above to our systems. Our goal is to constantly develop, expand our knowledge and improve our workshop. In our projects, we strive to communicate the largest possible number of equipment used with one compatible communication protocol, thus avoiding additional electrical connections and gaining an easy possibility to diagnose problems caused in case of a potential failure. In our applications, we use SCADA and HMI systems. Each of them features a huge range of possibilities and allows to adapt particular requirements to specific solutions individually designed for a given client.

The emergency order telegraph system allows the bridge and engine room to communicate with one another quickly and reliably in case of an emergency. An order is transmitted from the bridge to the engine room at the touch of a button, where it is then signalled visually and acoustically on one or more telegraphs. The staff in the engine room need to acknowledge the order to make the visual and acoustic alarm stop. Up to 12 telegraphs can be integrated in one system. Each telegraph is equipped with 11 illuminated order buttons and an integrated buzzer. Furthermore, other functions, such as changing over between two telegraph systems, "wrong-way alarm" or the activation of external alarm indicators, can be integrated, too. The emergency order telegraph system is flexible and scalable, meaning it is suitable for small applications with just two devices (e.g. bridge and in engine room) right up to large installations with several systems (multiple bridges and engine rooms).

The IFQ LOGGER is a portable converter and logger for Flow-Tronic flow sensors. It disposes of one RS485 digital serial communication port with specific communication protocols for RAVEN-EYE or BELUGA flow sensors and one 4-20 mA input for external level. The IFQ LOGGER combines high performance with low power requirements. The unit needs 12 VDC nominal power supply either provided from an optional battery pack or solar panels. The IFQ LOGGER keeps the same easy configuration enhanced by the IFQ MONITOR and stays in line with the flexible and modular architecture launched by the RAVEN-EYE. All flow sensors are field interchangeable. A dry contact output is available for users needing an output for samplers or any other instrument. KEY FEATURES: 1 x RS485 digital sensor interface for velocity (RAVEN-EYE or BELUGA) 1 x 4-20 mA analog input for level sensor 7 position sealed membrane keypad 2 Gb memory (SD card) Power supply : 9 to 18 VDC Enclosure: PPC (IP67)
