TEKNOVACURE UV Varnish is intended for use with a variety of application systems, such as roller coating machines, flat offset sheetfed presses, flexo printing, letterpress printing, and roll-to-roll offset printing machines. The recommended application rate for optimal brightness is between 3 and 6 grams per square meter. Mix thoroughly before use! To avoid contamination during application, ensure that all equipment and other materials utilized in the process are clean. Before applying UV varnish, you must ensure that the system is compatible with it. For post-print cleaning, alcohol or UV cleaning agents should be used. The POWERTACK electrostatic ribbon tacking system is used in the folders of heatset web offset and publication gravure printing presses. Their task is to electrostatically block the incoming paper ribbons to prevent dog ears. This is a standard feature for new presses and available for retrofitting on all common heatset presses of the world. High voltage generators generate positive and negative high voltage which is passed on to the charging bars mounted in the folder. The positive and negative bars are arranged opposite each other. The ribbons pass between them. The resulting force causes the paper ribbons to attract each other, the air in between is displaced and the ribbons are pressed against each other. As a result, the press can run at a higher speed with better folder accuracy.

Advantage is the product of a revolutionary development in offset printing blankets for the printing industry. The unique aspect of this product is its cord carcass structure. In this way, up to 30% savings can be achieved in the printing process compared to standard blankets. Advantage Plus is a blanket specially designed and produced for flat offset printing machines on paper and cardboard. FEATURES Almost no thinning or elongation gives the blanket an important longitudinal stability. It saves time as there is no need to take the tension again after the blanket is mounted. The new compressible layer combined with the radial cord carcass structure provides excellent shock absorption and rapid recovery after impact. Its solvent permeability-resistant structure prevents surface deterioration in a short time, extends blanket life. It is produced in a special way to ensure ink and dot transfer. The sealed substrate provides extra protection against solvent and water permeability.

In the past, Eltex Remoistening systems have guaranteed high quality printed products mainly on fastrunning and wide machines. The WEBMOISTER 3000 ensures high-quality products in all heatset web offset machines. Using a new nozzle concept, both lighter and heavier grammages can be remoistened at all web speeds with ultimate precision and homogeneity. The new pneumatic atomizing nozzles are capable of applying smallest water quantities without developing waste water. The modular structure of the nozzle bar allows the WEBMOISTER 3000 to remoisten paper webs in widths of as much as 3 meters. In heatset web offset printing, paper loses moisture during drying. The WEBMOISTER 3000 remoistening system increases the water content in the paper after drying, returning to the level required and thus guarantees high quality in all heatset web offset products.

Offset printed box It is produced by making high quality color printing on fancy paper or cardboard type material called American bristol. The designs made for you on American bristol cardboard can be printed in CMYK or Pantone colors. After printing, the outer surface of the American bristol cardboard is coated with glossy or matte cellophane in order to protect the print on it and to use the box for a longer time. Gilding and lacquer printing techniques can also be applied on the offset printed box.
