The range of cables has been designed to avoid propagation of fire and emission of toxic fumes in public places and industrial facilities in case of fire.These Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) cables and wires can be offered as single wires, shielded cables or multi-core cables jacketed with Axon' special compounds. They are designed to resist temperatures ranging from -50°C to +250°C. LSZH cables offered by axon' are made with tin plated copper, nickel plated copper, copper alloy, or silver plated copper conductor. They are insulated with special halogen free insulating material including Poliax™, Neutrax™, Polyimide, Axon Special Compound. This is an ideal solution for cabling of buildings, trains, subways, ships, industrial premises and all public places where security of people and material have to be assured

This bench top crimping press is outstanding in terms of short cycle times, short changeover and setup times, programmable crimp height and the user-friendly TopTouch interface. These features, combined with the optional programmable stripper and bad part cutter, ensure top quality finished conductors regardless of the machine operator. Quality monitored crimping of single and multi-core cables is no problem with the semi-automatic bt 722 crimp press, not even when ultra-short stripping lengths are involved. Standard commercial crimping tools (left and back contact feed) can be used for processing.

The rotating blade heads of the Cosmic 927 series provide the perfect solution for processing demanding insulation. Each model in the series has a specific area of application: The Cosmic 927R processes a large range of insulation materials. The 927RX shows its true strength with thin or bonded types of insulation. The 927RX-WL accommodates the biggest stripping length. The stripping machines process conductors with outside diameters of 0.25 to 5.3 mm or a cross section of 0.013 to 6 mm² (AWG 36 to 10). The machines can be used for full and partial pull-off on individual conductors or on inner conductors of multi-core cables. Cosmic 927R: This model has a rotating blade head featuring two blades. It processes a large range of insulation. The Cosmic 927R is especially suited to handling a great diversity of products made in small to medium quantities.

Break-out cable Discover our range of 2 to 12-fiber 9/125 - 50/125 - 62.5 / 125 wide-band break-out multi-core optical cable. Each unit fiber is sheathed at 900μm and then over-sheathed at 2mm with LSZH sheathing (flame retardant halogen sheath). This cable is protected by an LSZH outer sheath.
