We operate two cutting-edge laser cutting centers equipped with 3kW and 6kW fiber sources, respectively. Our 3kW laser center offers a maximum working dimension of 2000x4000mm, while our 6kW laser center boasts working dimensions of 1500x3000mm. These capabilities allow us to handle a wide range of project sizes with ease and accuracy. When it comes to material thickness, our laser cutting centers excel. We can effortlessly cut through steel up to 25mm thick, stainless steel up to 20mm thick, and aluminum up to 15mm thick. This versatility enables us to accommodate various project requirements and deliver precise results every time. With our cutting-edge laser technology and skilled team, we ensure that every component we produce meets the highest standards of quality and precision, meeting the diverse needs of our customers across industries.

The control units AQ1 and AQ3 are equipped with 1 and 3 motor connections respectively and are designed for all Assfalg handpiece electric grinders. The control units support infinitely variable speed control and store the set maximum speeds for each connection individually. The intelligent control electronics enable applications that previously required a large number of control units. At the same time, the peak power of up to 300 watts allows the most demanding materials to be processed.

Tyrolit's mounted points are versatile and used worldwide. For resin-bonded mounted points, we offer vibration-reducing products meeting high-quality standards for precise metal workpiece machining, ideal for deburring, bevelling, and edge breaking on cast iron. Our ceramic mounted points are perfect for unalloyed steel. We provide tools precisely trimmed for maximum chip performance, surface finish, and longevity. The secret lies in the special ceramic bond of pink aluminum oxide. Our white aluminum oxide points can machine HSS to the smallest tolerances. Our ceramic mounted point set includes all necessary tools for working on steel, including a roughening stone. ELASTIC mounted points in our range are optimized for nonferrous metals, PVC, steel, and stainless steel. Light grey bond systems make them suitable for both universal and specific applications, particularly for finishing and polishing, including special mottling points for surface mottling.

Brushing is a technical process used for deburring, fine grinding or cleaning of materials. Complete surfaces for aluminium, steel or stainless steel - whether highly polished surfaces in watchmaker quality or precisely brushed medical instruments.
