With TesTWinner® TesT has developed a system which enables the user to arrange nearly every imaginable test procedure freely and, most notably, very easy. By stringing together and by parameterizing, a limited number of preset macro instructions permits the designing of complex test procedures without requiring any programming knowledge. TesTWinner® possesses a library with approx. 300 programs acc. to national and international norms as well as customer-specific regulations. TesTWinner® is more than a mere machine control unit and offers furthermore many additional functions such as real-time-calculations and illustrations of derived values e.g. clamping, strain, adhesion factors, etc. Also, the generation of statistics, a report editor, the import of external signals, the communication with CAN / LIN bus systems and much more is possible. The software is compatible to all current Windows operating systems.

Four QuellTech Q6 3D- laser scanners are installed, mutually displaced by an angle of 90°. In this configuration, they are able to monitor the complete surface of the cable running through. It is important that the test does not lower the production speed, therefore very high sampling rates are required, supported by convenient data processing. The measured position of a defect is recorded in cable direction.

The dimensionCONTROL TMWI 8302.LC system is suitable for the inline weight inspection of continuous running rubber profiles (tread pattern or sidewalls) for passenger and truck tires. Based on the force measurement principle, the inspection system uses two load cells which measure the deflection of the measurement conveyor. These sensor elements are attached to a massive construction, which ensures a long-term mechanical stability of the system. The measurement conveyor uses precise and balanced aluminum rollers with special surface treatment. This ensures a low deadweight, avoids influence of unbalance and eliminates material sticking. Data obtained from the load cells are processed in the implemented PLC cards which determine the measured weight mathematically.The software included offers a variety of measurement data processing, definition of design profiles, statistical analysis of measured profiles and diagnostic tools.

The high-performance surfaceCONTROL 3D 3200 snapshot sensor is ideally suited for use in industrial applications. It performs automated inline 3D measurements for geometry, shape and surface inspection on diffuse reflecting surfaces. The sensor is characterized by its compact design and high measurement accuracy combined with high data processing speed. With a high Z-axis repeatability of up to 0.6 µm, the sensor is ideal for precise 3D measurement and inspection tasks. Two different measuring ranges cover different measuring fields.

SoftTesT is an evaluation software for measurement data, obtained from the evaluation electronics 813 or dynamometers 323. By means of SoftTesT measuring values are transferred to the PC in the form of CSV files (compatible with Excel), for a further, simple analysis and graphic illustration. For data transfer to the PC an USB interface cable is necessary.

SMARTCOLLECT is a data management software for easy and safe measured data acquisition as well as data analysis focussing on energy management. SMARTCOLLECT acquires, stores, visualises, evaluated as well as automatically reports all relevant consumption data of power, water, gas or heat. A modern graphic user interface permits intuitive and easy operation even in numerous measuring points. Functions and measuring points may be very easily supplemented at any time due to the modular design.
