The fully synthetic grease contains special additives to prevent microbial growth within the grease. It is resistant to oxidation and can be applied at all processes requiring a high level of cleanliness and for which growth of pathogenic germs and microbial contamination is a risk.

Due to the superior structure of the calcium sulphonate complex thickener, these H1-certfied greases provide excellent mechanical stability. Thus, the grease is able to provide high performance under extreme operating conditions, even when being constantly exposed to water or humidity.

Compressor oils based on polyalphaolefines (PAO) and additives with InS/H1 food grade approval. Applicable in reciprocating, rotary vane, screw and ammonia compressors.

H1 certified, synthetic special greases containing polyalphaolefin (PAO) combined with a unique polyurea-al complex soap. Suitable for the lubrication of roller and journal bearings at medium to high speeds. Turmosynthgrease ALN grease is far superior to common aluminium or aluminium complex grease types and is therefore able to provide an extended grease life and a very low consumption.

Multi-purpose H1 approved greases based on food grade oils and aluminium special soap, suitable for guideways, sliding components as well as bearings. These very adherent greases have a wide temperature range and are thus suitable and approved for many applications in the food-, beverage- or pharmaceutical industry

Silicone-based separating agent with high wetting ability and high compressibility for various manufacturing processes. The oil has very good hot/cold resistance and is especially suitable for the lubrication and care of seals in medical and sterile areas.

Next to the comprehensive range of H1 food grade lubricants, Lubcon offers 3H approved release agents, used on hard surfaces in contact with food products to prevent these from adhering during processing.

Maintenance-Free Roller Bearings with Extended Service Life. Turmocomp HD 150 is a lubrication concept enabling effective lubrication of roller bearings even in complex operating conditions. The lubricating compound is a composition of molecular polymers and synthetic base oils. For applications in the food industry, H1-approved oils are being used. A subsequent heat treatment hardens the compound to a firm, open-porous matrix structure. It completely fills the bearing cavities and cannot be displaced easily. Due to its structure, a significantly greater amount of lubricant can be stored in comparison to conventional grease. This compound is suitable for almost any geometry of roller bearings. Turmocomp HD 150 is the perfect solution in applications where re-lubrication with conventional grease or oil is not possible or where bearing failures occur regularly after a very short time due to harsh operating conditions.

Fully synthetic dental oils for the maintenance and lubrication of high speed journal and ball bearings in the air turbines of dental hand tools.

Electrical tote tank mixers for stainless steel IBCs The LRK-C series tote tank mixer and their drive units LRK-A are a special solution designed for operation on stainless steel containers with filling openings of at least 400 mm and mixing volumes from 400 l up to 1,500 l. The customer may choose between various viscosity-related basic versions of fast-running and slow-running mixers with electric drives. The mixing unit that remains in the container is connected to the drive unit with a bayonet coupling and a clutch. The drive is dismountable so that one drive unit can be used for several mixer units interchangeable. The mixer is mounted on the container’s manway lid, which is clamped with butterfly screws or a clamp ring. The agitator shafts are borne in a bearing housing, which is welded into the container lid on the product side. The impellers are designed to fit through the filling opening DN 400 when being inserted.

The CRP-M tote tank mixers are featured with a pneumatic drive and were designed for the application in stainless steel tanks with filling openings of at least 400 mm and mixing volumes of 400 l to 1,500 l. The fast running pneumatic agitators are equipped with bearing and coupling housings. By means of the maintenance unit, pressurized air is enriched with oil for the vane drive. The agitator shafts are connected to the drive shafts with sleeve couplings or borne within the gear’s hollow shaft (worm gear). The agitator shafts are balanced for concentric run after assembly. The mixer is mounted on the container’s manway lid, which is clamped with butterfly screws or a clamp ring. The manway lid is supplied by the container manufacturer or by the customer. The impellers are designed to fit through the filling opening DN 400 when being inserted. The electric container mixers are delivered with on-/off-switches with low-voltage breaker. The tote tank mixers CRP-E are equipped with a pneumatic drive. It has been especially designed for plastic IBCs with filling openings of at least 150 mm and volumes from 600 l up to 1,200 l. The fast running pneumatic agitators are equipped with bearing and coupling housings. By means of the maintenance unit, pressurized air is enriched with oil for the vane drive. The mixer is mounted on a container traverse bridge, which is included in the scope of supply and clamped with a rapid fixing system to the cage frame of the IBC. The plastic bulk of the container is therefore not harmed by any static or dynamic loads by the agitator. Folding propellers that fit through the filling opening DN 150 mm are used for geared agitators. The agitator shafts are connected to the drive shafts with sleeve couplings or borne within the gear’s hollow shaft (worm gears). The agitator shafts are balanced for concentric run after assembly. Explosion-proof mixers are also feasible.

The tote tank mixers CR-E are designed for operation on plastic containers with filling openings of 150 mm and volumes from 600 l up to 1,200 l. The customer may choose between various viscosity-related basic versions of fast-running and slow-running mixers with electric drives. The agitator shafts are connected to the drive shafts with sleeve couplings or borne within the gear’s hollow shaft (worm gears). The agitator shafts are balanced for concentric run after assembly. The FR series is a fast running electric drum mixer that can directly be mounted on 200 l steel drums with a 2“ bung hole. The mounting on the drum is done with a 2” threaded adapter with which the agitator is screwed into the bung hole. The agitator shaft is connected to the drive shaft by means of a sleeve coupling. Folding propellers are used as mixing elements, which can be inserted into the drum through the 2” bung hole when being folded. The FR series mobile mixer is delivered as a turn-key solution with an on-/off-switch with low voltage breaker and connection cable. Upon request, the FR series mixer can also be supplied with an integrated frequency inverter. Additionally we can provide you with a vessel clamp applicable for open lid drums.

Lubricating and assembly paste, free of heavy metals with white solids protecting against tribo-corrosion. Due to the latest additive technologies it protects very well against wear and corrosion in guides, joints, bolts, bushings, cams and hinges, that are subject to high loads.

Highly concentrated MoS2 -paste characterised by a low coefficient of friction and therefore special suitability for the treatment of metal parts with low tolerances and surface roughness. It can also be used as a release paste and reliably prevents metal to metal contact.

Pastes are essentially lubricants (oils, thickeners and additives) with a higher content of thickeners and solid lubricants. Depending on the selection of the additives, they can be used in multiple applications. Lubricating and assembly pastes with a high content of solid lubricants provide excellent lubrication and separating effect, even under extreme temperatures and loads. Due to the excellent media resistance, they establish a water and steam-resistant lubricant film and protect reliably against tribo-corrosion. Pastes are often used for the start-up and running-in lubrication of chucks, joints, journal bearings, pins, bolts and bushings. Furthermore they are used for the assembly and disassembly of bolted connections which are for example difficult to disassemble after high-temperature applications.
